I got the aids back last November and the quality was rubbish so I decided to firm their address and sent them back cost me £23 to send thinking I’ll get my 200 refunded. No such luck as the package was sent back to me stating they were unclaimed when they arrived in china. This is definitely a scam and the china’s authority should be looking into this and the government should refund the people that has been scam. I won’t stop until I see the money returned.

I would like to give zero for this company. I tried to order a pair but the order appeared to not go through so pressed ‘order’ again and ended up with 2 sets! I contacted them immediately but they said the order had been initiated ( within minutes). I was assured they had a simple return policy.
I didn’t realise I had to post to CHINA. So, I’m out of pocket two sets ( the were too large for my ears) plus p&p £24.
I’ve tried numerous times to get my money back but the very friendly lady I messaged before is ignoring. About 8 weeks.

Terrible DONT buy. If you do and need to return you are wasting your postage fee.

One star for this company is one star too many!
If you require a refund you have absolutely zero chance of obtaining it. You will encounter "Elena". who will issue apologies and promises but never, never any action.
I recommend you avoid at all costs - repeat, avoid at all costs!

Ordered September, £69 Now November 13, e mailed 3 times. No hearing aids, no refund. TOTAL SCAM, money couldn't afford to loose.

Like many of the other people leaving reviews regarding this company, who had wished that they had spent more time in review before purchasing, I have to agree that YOU SHOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Since ordering a pair of these hearing aids from the company in early October, like many I received an email from Yodel 1 day after ordering with a tracking number advising that they had received my package and it it would soon be out for delivery!
However this did not happen, at 20 days I approached the company and received a quick response from the company representative Elena, advising that I should allow a bit of time and that due to a yodel issue, my package was likely to have been delayed… 17 days later, still no package, but an email from yodel saying that the package had been undelivered and returned back to the company, any communication should be sent to them, no emails from the company, no response to my emails from the company!
To put it another way, don’t get caught out by the BS, you won’t get a refund, the company doesn’t care about bad reviews, this is NOT an English company. If it’s too good to be true, read the reviews because it’s probably not true.

Sent off for hearing aids at the end of September. Supposedly being sent to me via Yodel. Nothing arrived. Contacted IHearMore Customer Service. Had a reply from someone called Elena who wrote that I would be guaranteed a refund. Since then, nothing. Tried emailing back on several occasions. Nothing. Have now given up as I don’t think the company exists any more as they no longer seem to have a website. Buyer Beware.

PLEASE I beg you all do not buy anything from this company, they are a total scam.
Led to believe they are UK based, how wrong I was, the product is absolute rubbish, and trying to get my money refunded as they are not fit for purpose, they keep saying they will send a label, and nothing happens. Don't like getting scammed, not sure which route to go now, I payed with my credit card, so not sure if I have any backup with them, or small claims court, it's absolutely disgusting how they are getting away with this, do NOT buy anything on facebook adverts. You think I would know better as I purchased a shirt 8 months ago, and when it arrived it wouldn't have fitted my 4 year old grandson, even though I ordered 3xl. Too many scams out there

I paid £69 for hearing aids from your company on 19th October and have still not received them!!
If I do not hear from yourselves I will consider that this is a scam and inform my bank to start proceedings.

I thought this was a legitimate company, bought £69.00 hearing aids, did arrive quickly and I thought it was a UK based company. The hearing aids didn't work and when I tried to return was told that I'd have to return to China or they could offer up to 40% refund if I wanted to keep them. Agreed to this and despite numerous emails I have not had my refund. Avoid this company.

Had to give one star as can’t go lower.
Not happy with product asked for refund. Persuaded to keep with 40% of cost returned. Been over 3 months now waiting for monies, as others found ‘Elena’ understands but still no refund.
Avoid this company.

Their customer service is a joke. Got my order I was pleased. However, they are bulky aids and do not fit well in the ear. I lost the left blue one. I emailed Elena the bot and they said they would come back to me & may organise a replacement. I have never heard a thing since. August this happened. Had they come back I would have been happy to pay something toward a new one.

I ordered in Sept. In October I received an email from Yodel stating they had returned the product to Ihearmore. Did not say why. Since then I have not had any refund. Just keep getting a prescription wrote email stating refund coming. Refund coming. I would not order from this company. Definitely DO NOT ORDER

This company is a total scam, I ordered one set at £69 -00 they took out of my account for a total of three which I can't afford, like others I emailed them and a woman replied by the name of Elena saying she is sorry and would get it refunded, No refund just a scam, do my but from them they should be locked up.

Absolute Scam of a company that should be banned from trading to the UK, substandard products that could potentially damage your hearing and a total failure to meet their advertising of full or partial refunds, avoid at all costs.

i ordered one set in august was sent 3 sets and charged for 3 sets as they didnt fit in my ears i was told ton return them to china and i would get my refund despite several emails being told i will get my refund of £202 i am still waiting they got no intrntion of refunding anyones money they should be stopped from ripping people off

Scammers - do not order!!!

Placed on order for my elderly nan. Hearing aids were awful quality and didn’t fit in ears properly. Requested a refund and keep getting emails from Ellena fobbing me off. This has been going on since March 2025 and I’m no closer to receiving my refund. Total scam, do not order from them!

I am now on day 65 of chasing my refund of £160.00 in total. Elena seems to be the only person who works there :-). She just waffles every reply , i am sorry , I will chase finance , huge back log etc etc , same as everyone. Close to giving up to be honest but it just boils my p*** knowing that its allowed to happen , still adverts for more.

Hearing aids were far too loud and couldn't be adjusted. I attempted to return them for a full refund, as per their stated guarantee but was, instead, offered a partial refund and was told I needn't return them. We agreed a price for the refund but I'm still waiting to receive it many weeks later, despite persistent nudging on my part.
