More than six months after purchasing my hearing aids, I can confirm — with even greater certainty — the exceptional quality of both the product and, above all, the service provided by Hearmore4less.
Recently, I required a fine-tuning adjustment of the frequencies. Despite living in South Korea while the company is based in Cyprus, the assistance I received was simply outstanding: immediate, precise, and highly professional.
What makes the experience truly remarkable is that all communication was handled personally by Dr. George Panayiotou, the founder and owner of Hearmore4less, who responded to my WhatsApp messages within minutes. After swiftly understanding the issue, he scheduled a video call through the Phonak app for the very next day, and resolved the problem efficiently and flawlessly.
I must emphasize that even living in a major city like Seoul, I have never encountered such prompt, personalized, and highly competent service — not even at the most specialized local centers.

I recommend the company as a correct partner and supplier. I received professional service and advice, support during the selection of the appropriate hearing aid model. The agreed delivery times for the selected model were met. Effective hearing aid settings through the application after the purchase. The prices are truly competitive, the quality and customer service are at the highest level.

When first looking into hearing aids I had a terrible experience with a local audiologist chain. I’m in my late 40s, studied audio engineering and have worked in various tech roles my entire life. But I felt treated like an idiot.

So I wasn’t going to spend my money on a company like this and looked around. I realised that the big chains overcharge clients heavily. They promise to give you free cleaning wipes and replace speaker cables for 5 years, but they also charge almost twice for the hearing aids. It doesn’t seem like a good deal.

I found HearMore4Less and couldn’t believe the prices. I was a little hesitant to order such expensive devices from Cyprus and have then couriers across Europe, but placing that order was one of the best purchase decisions I’ve ever made. They arrived safely and perfectly adjusted. Dr George is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. A remote adjustment session a few months later for fine tuning also worked great.

I can recommend this company highly and hope that they force a lot of the audiology chains out of business who scam helpless senior citizens instead of delivering real value.

We recently bought a pair of Phonak Sky Lumity hearing aids for our son and couldn’t be happier. He needed a replacement pair and we were being quoted silly money from other companies (because they included services as well).
We found Hearmore4less and thought it was too good to be true. We did a LOT of research and decided to go with them, and I’m very glad we did. A fraction of the cost, the new hearing aids are working great and the customer service we have received from start to finish has been fantastic and the follow up adjustments etc are all included!

I've ordered a pair of hearing aids for my wife in 2022 and everything went fine. Now in 2025 a new model upgrade was available and I decided to buy again with Hearmore4Less.

I would like to point out that the hearing aid from 2022 was running out of battery a little quicker than expected so I sent to dr. George after acquiring the new one and he handled the warranty procedure with the factory. A few weeks later I got the hearing aid back with a new battery on steroids, that now lasts over 30h with one charge.

Also the shipping proccess (Cyprus/UK > Portugal) was extremely fast everytime through DHL services. I highly recommend Hearmore4less and their services abroad!

Until now, the process has been very easy and Dr. George has always been available to help with the fitting of the hearing aids. So far, so good! :)

Since the amounts of money involved are large ( by my standards) I was worried about paying out to an overseas company. I need not have worried. I got exactly what I paid for, on time and adjusted for my personal needs. It’s an excellent service.

Top hearing aid for serious less money.
Dr. George gave advice in a pre-sales appointment. Advice was the same aid as i got in local hearing-shops (Phonac Infenio sphere). Phonac has now some delivery issues so I got my devices in three weeks.
They work perfect and it's always possible to make appointments for further adjustments. Top service!

This was such an easy process! Changes in shipping were accommodated last minute and the communication was incredible. The hearing aids arrived already programmed and are working amazingly well.
