A leaflet would be good
Did a great job at removing my ear wax but a leaflet when visiting, explaining what I should not do like not showering without earplugs would be great. I was told that using my hearing aids would be ok but it wasn't until I
had had a shower that I read online that you shouldn't get water in your ears for 48hrs.
Also, some of us have memory issues so a leaflet would help.

I was impressed by Kaye
I was impressed by Kaye, who did the procedure. She was friendly and told me exactly what was going to happen. So far (only a couple of hours after the procedure) my hearing is certainly better. My only negative is the cost ... it really is a lot of money for something that is carried out so quickly. I'm sure the equipment cost is very high - and the premises rent must be high - but I don't have a lot of disposable income. For something that used to be free on the NHS (and probably still should be), it's expensive.
