Great sound dampening
Great sound dampening. Less wind, but I can still hear my intercom. But my wife took mine because these are the only ones who will fit in her tiny ears and don't fall out. So I ordered a new pair.

I had an issue with my delivery (nothing to do with the company - it was a third party) and as a result I didn't receive my order. Contacted Hears and got talking to Mark who was fantastic, without any issue they quickly looked into it, and offered to send the whole order again at no further cost. Credit to the company and to Mark, they clearly take customer satisfaction seriously.

Not as good of a seal as advertised. Lots of midrange comes through in a way that runs counter to the advertising. I thought I was getting a useful professional tool. These are not that.

The company shipped a different item and won't action anything. I have been waiting over a month now and am almost £70 out of pocket.
It's difficult to tell if this is a scam or not since they do send you something vaguely similar to your order.
Regardless, they took my money and refused to give me what I paid for.

I'm kind of sad that I hadn't discovered Hears earlier. Wore them for the first time last time and it was the first time I've been to a concert and didn't have ringing ears afterwards. Very comfortable and stayed in ear during three hours of dancing. Especially love the option of the extra small ear buds. Highly recommend!

I usually remove earplugs whenever someone starts talking because voices become too dull. With these I could leave them in and still understand my friends properly. They also felt comfortable after several hours which is something I normally struggle with.

Excellent Warranty
I purchased a pair of Hears and needed to use the 100-day warranty after they were suddenly damaged. Mark was extremely helpful and personally sent me a new pair of Hears. I really enjoy this product and would recommend them to anyone working in loud spaces!

Best music earplugs on the market & great customer service
Hears are honestly the best music earplugs on the market. There are a lot recently and as a dancer who often moves in venues with very loud music I have tried a lot of them. While there is competition on the market that is good, I find that no other plugs compare to Hears in sound fidelity and clarity. Also, they sit nicely in the ear and do not move (when inserted properly) in all kinds of movements. The noise attenuation is great as well, even with the 20dB version already, while allowing you to hear and filter speech with perfection, you can hear people clearer than without them.
Also, I had an issue with my Hears at the coating started wearing off. Customer service (Alliah) were so prompt and helpful, and promptly helped me arrange a replacement. Five-star service and customer trust.

Fantastic
The hears website would not allow me to order 2 hears 20db of different colours and 1 hears sleep to get their buy three get one free special. I sent a message to their support mail and once they understood the problem Ancho kindly manually did the order for me. 2 weeks later I have them all.
Most importantly the Hears sleep are fantastic (haven't yet tried the others). Took me about 4 nights to get used to them but worth it. I have a snoring partner and am a side sleeper. Slept like a baby, could not hear the snoring and ears comfy.
PS They do come with a small carry case and different size ear fittings too

While the packaging looks premium, the case feels cheap and the earplugs don't stay in place. It’s actually easier to just put them in your pocket rather than picking them up from the floor every time. I rode many kilometers on my motorcycle with them because they were advertised as the most comfortable earplugs for long trips. However, that's not the case. I tested them with all the included tips, but they are made of very hard rubber. In the end, I had to swap the tips with ones from my Samsung earbuds to save my ears from agony during my trip.
