The website purchase was smooth and easy. Although a slightly different product was accidentally shipped, they immediately—on the same day I notified them—sent the correct item, even before I returned the original. They also provided a prepaid return shipping label.

Good product and good customer support, but a bit slow on delivery

I liked the price, but it turns out the product was not in stock as advertised on their website. It did not arrive in 3 to 5 days as advertised. And, I was not notified that it was out of stock. I had to make an inquiry to find out this information. I suggested they update their website to show true status. They didn't. I eventually got the product and it works great, but I would have gone elsewhere to get it sooner had I known.
