When it works it is very good but sometimes...

When it works it is very good but long term reliability of the sensors and of the box is dire. Nothing but grief mostly which then stresses the heart which this is supposed to fix. Great stuff but needs to be reliable. Now had HeartMath support replies and help, great service, problems sorted, understood and unit now being used everyday day again. This Coherence helps me manage my Heart problem so much and thus my overall wellbeing and both physical and mental health.
