AVOID THESE PEOPLE. my sofa came £980 I payed for it to be ripped down the side. They were lovely on the phone at the point of delivery saying this will be replaced or even a discount. Now, all my calls and messages have been ignored then blocked

I have given this company one star because you have to do a star but it would be - if I could 100% FAKE COMPANY THE PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. Messaged and rang emailed everything to get them to collect the bed back up and refund but no reply QUICK ENOUGH TO TAKE MONEY for FALSE PRODUCTS DO NOT ORDER I will not stop here before these cowboys STOP ROBBING PEOPLE

I had my sofa delivered from this company on the 6th august. When the sofa was delivered I noticed it was damaged and the incorrect footstall also delivered. They re-scheduled delivery 3 times and each time the incorrect item came. I then tried to contact the company on numerous occasions and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. They have stolen my money and will not replace the item! They wouldn’t answer any phone calls or emails sent to them. These people scam you! Their quick enough to take your money but When there’s a problem they don’t want to hear about it!

Two beds from this company!
Had first delivered back in May 2020!

So happy with it moved house an ordered the same bed again from double to king!
Was just delivered Saturday and I’m happy to say to the exact same standard!

The double is now in our spare room.

I will definitely use again if I need to!

STOLEN PHOTOS FAKE PRODUCTS

this company has stolen our customer photos and are trying to sell them as their own. Any items you receive will not be the same as pictured - instead they will be a cheap copy.

Had my bed delivered today the 2 men Tom and Abzi that delivered my bed was amazing they really went the extra mile to insure I didn’t have to send the bed back, after advising me that they are only allowed to leave the bed at the entrance of the building as I live in a flat I had no way of getting up the stairs as I live alone the men Tom and Abzi kindly carried the bed up for me they didn’t complain or wasn’t rude about it, two very polite men I’m very happy with the service.

Received my bed about 6 weeks ago and it came the following week as I was due to move within the following week (a lot sooner than I did)
Firstly the gentleman than dropped my bed off was so kind- he brought it upstairs for me as I lived in a flat and when I tried to lift it myself in the flat, it was so heavy. So I salute him for that alone.
So only on Monday I got my keys to my house , decorated my bedroom and put my bed up (with assistance of the lovely man again over the phone)
I honestly can’t thank you enough , I love my bed and it was worth waiting , knowing I was getting into this dream a day later :)
Would recommend to everyone , lovely company, great fast service and would definitely be ordering for my spare room.
