Excellent efficient service! Highly recommend!

New boiler fitted on Saturday. Very easy to order online. Found the price to be the best i'd found . Able to select my preferred date for installation. Communication excellent. Installation excellent. Everything was completed to a high standard. Property was left clean and tidy - old boiler and bits removed. Couldn't have asked for more.

I had arranged a boiler service in October via text messages but Matt the engineer never turned up. No one answered my texts or calls to the mobile number or main number to let me know what was going on. Very inconvenient as I had to take the morning off work. I've still had no explanation or communication from them.

Great service. Communication was quick and they were able to fit the boiler service around us. Boiler service was thorough and we were given hints on what might need sorting on the boiler next. Definitely recommend Heatbee

Fast, efficient, friendly and 100% the only plumbing company we will ever use. Only rang on the off chance they could fit us in with a boiler issue this morning. Matt, managed to get to us this afternoon and solved the issue within half an hour. Excellent result with an honest, trustworthy service. Would recommend highly to anybody.

Brilliant service and very professional! It was really easy to get a price online, spoke to someone on the phone about the installation and quote and I could not be happier! I was recommended by a friend and I will definitely will be getting my boiler serviced with Heatbee too.

We have just had a new boiler installer with Heatbee, and honestly couldn't be happier, used the quiz to work out which boiler was best for our house, found a great deal and had it installed the next day. The installer was polite, super tidy and talked us through using the boiler. Just in time for winter too, very happy couple!
