Heatbound 

Had a boiler service booked with company. They said it had to be a 9am visit so we had everything ready and waiting. We waited all morning and nobody came. We had no phone call nothing to let us know they weren't coming. Very poor and not impressed.

First time we'd used this Company. Annual boiler service. Courteous, efficient, and informative on the phone. Prompt engineer visit who seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Average price for the job. Will use again for any plumbing situations. Nice to find a local Company offering decent service when most others are using ''Covid'' as an excuse for shoddiness.

We contacted Heatbound to get a quote to replace our old boiler. The person we dealt with initially was James who provided us with information on the boilers available and the relevant guarantees and servicing which comes with each boiler. Having discussed the most appropriate option James informed us that Adam would contact with a price later in the day. True to his word Adam rang a couple of hours later with a quote. We were impressed both by their professionalism and their overall customer service. We agreed a date for fitting of the boiler and a was contacted a two days before to double check we were still ok for fitting. Our engineer Gary arrived bright and early Monday morning and worked his socks throughout the day stopping briefly for a coffee. Gary was a pleasure to have i our home he explained the functions of the boiler, settings and use of WIFI thermostat (an essential for our oldies). Gary left the work area clean and tidy and explained that Adam would be sending out all the relevant paperwork for the boiler and that we would also be receiving documents from the manufacturers. Again within a days we received the said documents. Heatbound is a very easy company to deal with as they do what they say will do, communicating effectively, provide an efficient service and having the skilled technicians. We would most certainly recommend Heatbound to friends and family.

Having had a new boiler installation, central heating upgrade and gas fire service check I can highly recommend Heatbound.
From initial contact with Adam through installation and completion by Steve and James I can honestly say this team are terrific. They observed 2m distancing and safe working practices during installation whilst being polite, courteous and informative.
Excellent workmanship, they arrived promptly and left the house clean and tidy. Thank you Heatbound for a customer focused service and job completion to an excellent standard. Will definitely being using again for annual boiler and gas fire maintenance services.

Excellent Service

Adam and the team at Heatbound are always happy to help and their feedback from tenants has always been excellent. They have moved jobs around to help us in tricky situations even sending engineers out a couple of hour after receiving the job.

Quick, reliable, friendly, fantastic service

I have used the services of Heatbound 3 times over the past 2 years, for boiler saftey certificates/ capping off old gas fire/ and boiler service. I m a repeat customer as I find them easy to deal with, quick to come out and friendly and efficient. As a women living alone the thought of choosing a trustworthy tradesman induced anxiety but I need not have worried, their rates are really professional, affordable and efficient,so now I always recommend to friends and family.

What a good experience with Heatbound Ltd. They said they would ring back and they did, I had quite a few jobs to do and each was completed quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption.
