Our lead engineer Paul has over 30 years trade experience and set up Heat Care South Boiler Service back in 2001. Paul is a manufacturer trained engineer who specialises in the service and repair of gas boilers. Paul also undertakes Landlords gas certificates. Most boilers are still serviceable, Paul carries spare parts for Worcester, Vaillant, Glow Worm, Ideal, Baxi and Potterton even some of the older obsolete parts. Although not coming round to sell you a new boiler Paul can advise on the latest A rated high efficiency boilers if your existing boiler is to old or unsafe to economically keep servicing or repairing.

Knowledgable engineer

Easy to book, helpful, reasonably priced, and Paul clearly knows his way around boilers…ours is a Vaillant. Had shown an F75 fault, so replaced the sensor and serviced. All working well and very happy.

The boiler service was booked 4 weeks…

The boiler service was booked 4 weeks ago, agreed to come on the day that what chosen (23rd of March) on Friday the plumber send me a txt asking for rescheduling it to Thursday and when I did say that Mondays the only day I can be off he told me that they do not work in my area on those days and I should look for someone else. The fact that this never have been mentioned on the day of booking. Absolutely unreliable

Apologies at having to let you down I can understand it’s inconvenient, unfortunately I am now away every weekend looking after my elderly parents.

Because of the travelling back I am unable to guarantee Monday slots until the day. Sorry for inconvenience.

New boiler installation

They did a good job in installing my new boiler. Keep the cupboard back and ensure filter is installed neatly inside the wooden cover.
They give me some quick guidance with new boiler and controller.

RELIABLE

I’ve been using this company for 2 years now and I highly recommend them. Nothing too much trouble, everything explained, phone calls and messages always replied to and always arrive on time. Excellent! Very Happy Customer

Paul was punctual and precise in what preparation was needed to let him work efficiently. Although the job was larger than at first planned, he completed it without any extra charge for labour. He answered all my questions, and the followup paperwork arrived promptly.

Trustworthy and reliable - Recommended

Paul is great and I would definitely recommend him having used him for a couple of years now. Booking is easy, communication leading up to the appointment is just right and he comes when he says he will.
He's very thorough but won't do unnecesaary work - Im so happy to have found someone trustworthy.
