Good price, delivery on time and good communication. Have used them many times with the same result.

I bought a Vaillant ecotec plus 832 and then ended up upgrading to a the 838 model before it got sent out. Really helpful guys who are knowledgable, competitively priced and accommodating with great communication. Would definitely use again. And recommend.

We bought a radiator last week from heat and co and the service was brilliant. The Ultraheat radiator arrived very quickly and we are very pleased with it. Would highly recommend, 5 star.

Very friendly attitude and helpful customer service the parcel came within 24 hours packed well, brilliant service recommend to all. Boiler came in excellent condition

The telephone contact was very helpful and the online ordering was very simple, the delivery date was given and the boiler arrived on the day, it was well packed and with a follow up call to check that all was satisfactory. The price was the best and the lower price flue and free delivery made this a very good buy.

The boiler was a great price and included a free 7 years warranty and flew. Great value for money.

The delivery could have been a bit better. As the delivery was through another company I only got an 8am - 5pm appointment which meant I had to be available all day. The driver did not ring me before he arrived so I had no idea when to be ready. When the driver arrived he was not aware of what he was delivering and therefor did not take the necessary care when managing the package and had the boiler wedged under the truck door.

Luckily the boiler was well packaged with a wooden frame, so he didn't crush anything.

Super fast delivery, well packaged on its own mini pallet. Great communicators , kept me informed all the way and phoned afterwards to see everything was satisfactory. Will use again

Regarding my recent boiler purchase, I have to say there are very few companies that compare to Heatcodirect when it comes to customer service.
The staff were most helpful, and kept me informed of the progress of the shipment at every opportunity. There was even a follow up call to make sure the item had arrived safely and that I was happy with my purchase.
In short, I would have no hesitation in recommending Heatcodirect to any would be purchaser.

Spoke to Shuaib, amazing guy, spent a lot of time over 2 days on the phone with me to get the right boiler, flue and extra stuff for new boiler system. Having shopped around all over London these guys were undoubtedly the best on price. I bought a vaillant 837 an many other accessories and amazing next day delivery all very securely packaged and boxed up too.
Would recommend these people over and over again.

Ordered a boiler, came next day on van but it hadden be put on the van!! With in minutes they called me with apologies and were chasing it up. Had call half hour late keeping me up to date then again an hour later. The following morning it came all good. Had another call off them to make sure it had arrived and I was happy.
