AVOID this company it’s a scam they just take your money and don’t deliver your order. You can’t get hold of anyone they just ignore your emails

I bought heated sock from them on the 18/2/2025 for £44 I'm still waiting for them to arrive, this was supposed to be a next day delivery. I wrote 3 emails to customer support and haven't had a reply. I'm not expecting them to arrive and if they do I'm not expecting them to work having read the reviews below.

Regrettably didn't look at trust pilot before buying, as they were recommended by a friend. Bought a jacket 10th of February, arrive 12th of February, we contacted them to return it because the size was not good and if had no replies to any of our emails. I'm doing further research I saw all these comments on Trust pilot confirming that they are a bunch of shysters. I've online reported them to the national Action Fraud folk

Bought a heated gilet at Christmas. Got a years warranty, January it keeps switching itself off. Messaged and e mailed multiple times and heard nothing back. They need reporting to trading standards

Scam company, Do not go anywhere near this shower of shite. They will take your money and and you will never get it back.

Shocking these clowns can still be allowed to get away with this today.

Ordered two items as Christmas presents totalling £109, one of which was faulty.

Very polite and promising emails advising of a replacement for the faulty item, but have since been completely ghosted.

Am unable to track down an owner/responsible person via LinkedIn or Companies House.

It is now mid Feb and still no resolution.

Angry and out of pocket.

Do not use this company I have received no money back for a return over 4 weeks ago. That don’t reply to any emails either. Absolute scam

I bought the socks at £45 before Christmas. They didn't work and there customer services recommended I return them for a free exchange which I did. Nearly a month later having chased them for an update I have not even received an email back never mind the replacement goods. I have now nothing to show for my money and they probably sell the returns to get a second sale from some other unsuspecting customer. Very disappointed and would advise against buying from them.

Absolute bunch of crooks, quick to take money and after three weeks still no order, no communications and now going through credit card company to get money back, I wish I had read reviews on trustpilot before purchasing, will be pre porting to Trading Standards, typical low life scammers.

Partner Ordered early January and item still not arrived. Sent 4 emails and no response or refund. Disgusting service and company. Will be contacting trading standards

Only sent half of what I ordered and paid for. No acknowledgment of mistake and no attempt to rectify. Can only assume this an unethical, fraudulent company.

Purchased a heated jacket for my husband as a Christmas present. The jacket is faulty and does not heat up, despite being on the highest settings!! I have contacted the company via a number of emails, and have had no response from them!!! Absolutely disgusted with the customer service!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a Gillet for my husband's birthday. Yes it arrived on time (next day delivery) but the power charger has square holes whereas the plug in the jacket is round. The clue that they are an overseas fraudulent company is the fact that e-mails arrive in the evening not during the day. No contact telephone number either.

Avoid. The claimed one year guarantee is a lie, heated leggings & top never worked & they won’t send return details just a link to a website that informs me the return window is closed. Claiming back through credit card. AVOID !!

I am sorry to say that after having ordered two jackets only one turned up. The one that did arrive has now stopped working. I have emailed and emailed and don't seem to be getting anywhere. Very disappointed.

What an horrendous company. I had multiple problems, including...
...I had to send back for exchange the heated trousers, as they were ineffectual, and my wife's set didn't fit and needed to be exchanged for a smaller size. ( She's had cancer) I was sent a returns label after chasing the company. But, the post office wouldn't accept it, as what the company had paid as postage was
way under what it should have been. I had to pay £18 to return the goods. I told HeatX and fought for a refund, but I only got £15 of it, and that was the result of a major battle. Also, I'd bought the heated scarf for my wife
( necessary as a health aid, as she also has intense, muscular neck pain, permanently.) The scarf worked!... for one month. Then began a battle to get a replacement. I mean, a real battle. I was fobbed off time and again, then the customer service department simply ceased to respond to my emails. I warned them that an honest review was going to be written and that I would be going to Trading Standards, if I didn't get any satisfaction by today. No reply. I did, therefore, what I said I'd do. I detest this company. I urge you never to use it. I spent a lot with HeatX based on the reviews of the products on its own website,most of which, I imagine, are spurious. If only I'd checked Trustpilot out first, where all the honest reviews are, and where customers get opportunity to vent, about how they were treated like garbage by this rip-off company. I wish I could be more visceral, but I'm better than that. Please just do not buy from this company because the "customer service" is a misnomer. If you do buy, I sincerely hope you'll be one of the lucky ones. I believe though that if there were a convention to which all HeatX's satisfied customers were invited, that the venue could be a phone box. And even that wouldn't be full.

Christmas presents delivered on New Year’s Eve. Want to exchange/ return. No response from company regarding this request. Busy person, bought in hurry for cold 84 year old & failed to check reviews. Will return & then pursue chargeback on credit card. Came here to get their attention. Having seen I am one of many, it looks like they don’t care. Had the audacity to state they were a genuine company who wanted customers to love them.

DO NOT USE. Like other reviews here their exchange / return window for gifts brought at Christmas was not clear and they took ages to respond. When they did respond it was outside the return window. Plenty of other options so advise not to use as appalling customer service.

Like everyone else, I would give 0 stars if it were an option.
Purchased a heated gillet as a Christmas present. Have tried to return for an exchange but due to them never responding in a timely way to messages, it is now out of the refund/exchange window.
I am now stuck with an item which is no good & no contact from the company to move forward with.
Absolutely disgusting!! Stay away from this company!
