The retail staff are lacking customer…

The retail staff are lacking customer service. I was in store at the SF Soma location. Planing to pickup some table ware. They greeted everyone walking through the doors. Then they started pressuring people including myself about browsing their tile catalog. As soon as I said I was not interested the staff immediately ignored me and pretended like I did not exist. They also showed a lot of bias in their interactions. This company aligns itself with fair and progressive values but they fail to exercise them. I ended up not buying anything.
