Airport car from hell
Booked an executive car which stated Mercedes E Class or equal but came a VW 7 seater.
Booked 3.25pm one hour after I arrived, driver end up late for one hour, only turn up 4.25p.m
Wrote to the company, they told me sorry traffic jam.
Rubbish company, don't even book from them

Unreliable and dishonest company
We booked a minibus for 8 ppl. to go to the airport. The company called 1 hour before departure and wanted to delay the departure by 90 minutes. under these conditions we would not have gotten our flight. A replacement bus was not there. The provider then canceled the contract and we had to organize 2 new taxis for the long journey from Bristol to London shortly before departure. 👎
