Excellent Service! I ordered a Merlyn Ionic Essence framed sliding shower door from these guys on the 12th July and it arrived on 14th July, in Inverness! Couldn't ask better than that.
Further to my last two reviews I have the following update. To summarise, I ordered a shower screen which was to be delivered on 7th November. It didn’t arrive. Told it would arrive on the 8th..it didn’t, then the 9th it didn’t. I cancelled the order and was given a refund. Then on the 19th November a delivery driver called at the delivery address and asked a neighbour to accept deliver . The neighbour told him the order was cancelled but he would not put the screen back on the van and said this was what was ordered and he would not take it back. I contacted heatplumb.com who were annoyed because deliver had been accepted.The person was rude and blamed me for the delivery I was not expecting. They did collect it on 22nd November. This company caused nothing but upset and inconvenience. Buy items from them at your peril!!
