Great order turnaround and customer service

I missed the delivery guy the first day but called off work the following day to be able to receive it from the fed ex guy. I don’t know when I would have received it if I wouldn’t have called off

I wasn't clear on a reorder and customer service reached out to me to clarify the order and the art being ordered. I thought it was great to have them reach out to me and correct the problem as soon as possible. They truly went above and beyond.

Received my order on time. I didn't realize how big the printer is. However, it's a great machine. The delivery driver was very professional and polite.

I love their videos on YouTube that help explain everything to somebody who’s never done it before. I’m very glad I bought the more expensive heat press where there are no springs or anything in the back sticking out. I’m very happy with my purchase and the quality of my heat press!

I understand I am slightly at fault for not contacting them before the return window - though I explained I am undergoing through pregnancy complications the very same reason why I couldn't contact them or even open my product. I was late by a week and a half and sent them pictures of a BRAND NEW unopened item and they showed zero compassion and suggested I sell it through offerup? The company wont lose much if I pay a return fee which I have no problem with but they are suggesting I sell it somewhere else regardless of my condition when they have a whole market for it. It was a $400+ order. ALSO I've purchased sublimation mugs from them before and the quality was horrible but I never even bothered with returning them or mentioning anything and just ate the cost of those that were sublimated with bumps and dirt. (I STILL HAVE THEM). Went with them because of the amount of outstanding customer support they advertise but I beg to differ.
As far as product quality goes I can also say I've had better luck with mugs being shipped straight from China vs this company. I wont be coming back - and I know you dont need my business either.
