Installation of Mitsubishi Heat Pump to replace an old gas boiler in detached house.
The heat pump has been running for a few weeks now over the Christmas 2023 period and we have been very pleased with its performance and the ease by which we can control it remotely.
It was a pleasure to deal with David together with the installation team led by Daren. The quoting and planning process was managed effectively by David including the various regulatory aspects and the provision of a comprehensive handover pack.
Daren worked hard and efficiently to convert my old system to an unvented cylinder/air source heat pump configuration. This entailed replacing all radiators and the installation of water pipes between the new components and linking to the existing pipework. I was impressed with the speed the team worked and their carefulness in protecting my home. They communicated with us clearly so that we always knew what was happening and when certain facilities would be unavailable. They tried to ensure that at the end of each day the work area was tidied as much as possible and that we were left with hot water and heating for as long as feasible.
