If i could give zero i would. These were sub contracted through the eco 4 scheme. They the work carried put was awful, it has ended up costing £3400 which i have had to borrow to rectify the mess they left behind. They rang saying they wanted to send a 3rd surveyor who advised me the original surveyor was a cowboy, the people who installed the boiler, fan and insulation was cowboys. They lefty house in disaray, left in unsafe, ignored my emails until i paid to rectify and got simple certification involved. 3rd surveyor told me i deserved compensation and he would fight for this but now all emails are being ignored after i was told they was being sent out for a compensation’s. i had two independent engineers who advised it was unsafe, my radiators ruined as they wasn’t flushed out, bathroom fam kot wired properly. The job was rushed just and the engineers said they do 5 a week. I have still not received the warranty for my boiler. I have now had to go to ofgem and trust mark to try and get some money back that i need to pay back.

Applied for the ECO4 grant feeling quite skeptical at first, but the team was fantastic from start to finish. Everything was handled and completed within two weeks. Replaced the boiler and topped up my loft in 2 days! The lads who did the work were brilliant. Would recommend!

Do not use this company to get free boiler ,workmanship appalling I've had to pay to get there mistakes put right ,now haven the hassle to go though trading standards for rest of poor quality work put right

From the surveyor to the lads who did the work. This company are top notch. The Gas engineer who fitted my new boiler was very polite & courteous. Professional to the utmost degree. Took me through each step of the process without complaint. When completed he left the work areas spotless. Top, top bloke. These comments also apply to the lads who stripped out my old loft insulation and replaced it with new in temperatures in the loft akin to a sauna. Clean polite and again totally professional. I truly would have no issues in recommending this company to anyone. 10/10

Had a boiler fitted by Heatsense eco ltd at my mums house. It was a top notch service from survey till the install. The Engineers were professional and seemed experienced when they explained to us everything before starting their work. Thanks to the loft insulation team. I now have dust and allergen free new loft insulation.

Had new boiler, radiators and loft insulation fitted by Heatsense (slough) for an ECO4 grant.
It only took 2 days to do all the work.
Ahsan the surveyor was fantastic, he guided me through all the stages and was there when I needed him even out of hours and on his days off, nothing was too much trouble for him.

HeatSense were appointed by Eco4 Energy Saving to install loft insulation and replace our 40 year old boiler with a brand new combi boiler. A survey was arranged and a chap called Muhammad visited and conducted a thorough and meticulous inspection of the property, confirmed eligibility for the Eco4 grant and ran us through all the work that would be done. The next day we received written confirmation of the work by email from the HeatSense team, I had a few questions as I was somewhat sceptical of what I was being offered for free, but they were very helpful and informative. A week after the survey we had a team of 3 people arrive and remove and replace all our insulation, install extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen and add trickle vents to our old windows. The next day a heating engineer arrived and removed our old boiler, the cylinder and lots of old pipework and install a brand new fancy boiler and new intelligent thermostatic radiator valves in every room, he was very professional and friendly, and he walked us through what he was going to do and was very happy to answer all our questions. The boiler replacement was completed all in one day, Muhammad contacted us the next day to check everything had gone OK, and I was extremely pleased to report they it had. Amazingly efficient service, if you are offered an Eco4 grant then you can rest assured if the installation is managed by HeatSense, as I said in my Eco4 Energy Saving review, if they contact you, do not hesitate to say yes!

Very helpfull and the efficiency impressed me from the first contact to installing the boiler and insulation took only 1 week. The gas installation engineer was very good and helpfull.

Apparently the company I was contacting was a different department. When heatsense realized (through trust pilot) that I wasn't given the right paperwork, they called me straight away and sorted everything. Thanks guys. Totally happy now and changing my review to 5*.

So happy with our new insulation and combi boiler. I contacted heatsense eco, not expecting a lot but they were straight on it. There were a few hurdles to cross which was sorted quickly and efficiently whilst keeping us updated at all times. The whole process from start to finish took 2 weeks with very little inconvenience caused due to the very professional team. Thank you so much!!!

I am adding a little to this review as I was not given the correct paperwork. I am a tenant and have now problems with my landlord as I was not given a gas safety certificate. I have requested this about a dozen times now but seems to be totally ignored by the company. Very disappointed, make sure you get all the correct paperwork before they leave.

Had the team come complete a Combi conversion at my property was nothing but happy with the work completed. From booking in to completing the job. Would recommend highly extremely thrilled!
