I have used Heatsense a couple of times now on long terms leaks in commercial properties which other plumbers have not been able to find. The way Pete works is fantastic, so methodical and talks you through why and how he is working through the issues to come to his conclusion. They have been able to find leaks which others haven't found and are so good at what they do. Highly recommended and the only company I will approach when we have a troublesome leak to find.

Suspected we had a water leak in our property and contacted various leak detection companies.
Heatsense Services was the only company to take the time to clearly explain how their process works and how the charges would apply. The charging structure ensures that if the problem is found quickly then you are not paying excessive fees.
The engineer was very personable and polite, he did his various checks and tests explaining what he was doing as he went along. The issue was found quickly however all the other tests were carried out to ensure there were no other issues.
I was impressed by the service provided, and that the source of the leak was identified. I also know that the rest of water system in my property is sound.
I would highly recommend Heatsense Services if you suspect you have a water leak problem.

We had a small leak which was causing our boiler to cut out. Was given a recommendation to contact Heatsense who could not have been more helpful from the moment I contacted them. Before the visit both David and his engineer Peter called me and provided sound, honest advice and their knowledgeable view of the potential problem without any expectation of business. The visit was arranged swiftly for the Saturday (no surcharge). On arrival, the engineer carefully checked our entire water system methodically and efficiently as well as successfully located the sources of the leaks that had affected our water pressure. His helpful and engaging manner gained our trust and confidence and the inspection was completed without any fuss. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely careful and tidy, insisting on putting everything back just as it was before leaving. The service is not cheap but it was extremely thorough and more effective than all of the previous services of our boiler system. Would absolutely recommend, particularly given the challenge that detecting such small leaks posed.

I couldn’t recommend Heatsense more highly. We had damp issue which pointed towards a burst or leaking pipe and we engaged HeatSense to carry out a water leak survey and possible fix. Stephen the engineer who carried out our trace and access investigation could not have been more thorough; he went above and beyond to find the cause of our issue. From start to finish Heatsense team were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will be using them for any similar issues going forward.
