This company sold a service for a hybrid installation but after a year decided that they 'cannot provide service' for a Remeha CV ketel, with unclear reasons. Looks like cherry picking so they only sell expensive service subscription for new warmtepomp. Very disappointing. Filed an official complaint at Vereniging Eigen Huis. Stay away with Heat Transformers in Woerden.

I would give myself a 3 start rate as a client, but Victor was really patient explaining me everything and thought multiple rounds of messages. Installation went smoothly

The design proces and scope preparation went fine. Installation and start up were fine. Some alarms on gas heater not solved.

End of December we accepted the offer by Heattransformers to install on the roof of our garage a heatpump. For climatological and financial reasons. The Dutch Consumentenbond had recommended the heattransformers. Our pump was to be a hybrid one, as we had a relatively new gas based central heating boiler.The work started on a cold Thursday, was ‘ready’ the same day, but…pump and cv refused to “cooperate”. On Friday came the explanation: the pump of the boiler was defective. As the reason for this dysfunction was not clear, the bill for the urgent replacement of the pump, was deposited on our desk. After long and several telephone conversations, this was felt to be not right. A cold weekend followed, with only the heatpump at work and freezing temperatures outside. On Monday the defective pump was replaced and an additional gearbox (keerkoppeling), was installed. That resulted in warm feelings ever since.

**Initial Impressions**
They look very nice before you sign the quote (+1 star for this). But then everything changes, and it's you who should follow up on every detail and fix errors if you are lucky enough to spot them.

**Boiler Installation**
I have a new Remeha boiler and Vaillant Heat Pump installed by them. The good part was that they installed the boiler very quickly (I just moved to my new house and the old boiler suddenly stopped working. +1 star for this).

**Heat Pump Installation**
My experience went well until the first installation attempt for the heat pump. The installer, who was a skilled freelancer came on time, but HeatTransformers forgot to schedule the drilling company! The installation was cancelled and the poor guy had to pack everything!!!
The heat pump was installed on the second attempt one month later.

**Customer Service**
During the heat pump installation, I accidentally found out that I needed a CO approval certificate for my boiler. The funny part was that the guy didn't know that they had installed the boiler and that it was their duty to do this. I'm still waiting for the certificate after nearly 3 months of the boiler installation!
Surprisingly, a few days ago, they sent an invoice for an incomplete job and wanted me to pay for it! Since then, I've tried email, phone, and WhatsApp to find someone to talk to about my issues, but I haven't been successful.

**Planning**
When I asked them to give me a document for the heat loss calculation, planning, and installation report calculations, they again left me in the dark!

**Suggestions to HeatTransformers**
Do an overhaul of your customer service
Do some training to gain more knowledge - Heat Geak is a very good starting point!

I decided not to go for a heatpump yet due to prioritisation of other energytransition related choices. However the HT quote on an Intergas Extend HP was very competitive and good. Good support and conversation with Heattransformers on my choice ultimately (thanks Nouh !) and will come back to them for sure when moment is there to install a HP.

Update: HeatTransformers was able to get the heatpump working correctly and they were able to resolve all the issues, currently I am satisfied with the installation but I give 4 stars because it took 5 months to actually fix those issues. The heat pump is Intergas Xtend which was a new model and naturally had some early model problems

Please stay as far away as possible from this company, they installed an Intergas Xtend heat pump along with a new boiler on October 23rd for my house, and everyday since I regret my decision to go with HeatTransformers.
First of all, the installers told me they were freelancers and that they don't work directly for HeatTransformers, they also mentioned that this model (Intergas Xtend) is their first time installing it so zero experience with this specific model. At the end of the day they couldn't get the heat pump to work and they left (not even the thermostat was working)
in the following 3 days, due to incorrect installation, the heatpump concumed 73 kWh of energy!!! The problem is that they did not even call me or follow up because of the incorrect installation, I had to follow up every day on the phone with them. Now after two weeks and days of headache they finally sent an engineer from Intergas to fix the heat pump and the thermostat, now it seems to be working but the boiler pressure drops under 1 bar each night, they don't even come to check and confirm that everything is setup and working correctly, I have to follow up every day... this is the worst service I've seen in years, unbelievable!!!
