Top quality installation from start to finish
George came to do an install via the Bosch Worcester FastTrack service.
He was in touch as soon as the order was placed, and confirmed arrival time on the day. George turned up as expected, did a fantastic job replacing the boiler, discussing where the best option for putting in the filter etc, which was a new required addition compared to my old boiler. George spent time replacing the pipes making sure they were neat and completely vertical or horizontal, not slanted and twisted like the original pipes, nothing was too much trouble, and even spent extra time to make sure everything was exactly as it should be, no shortcuts taken!
Georges' attention to detail, and "nothing is a problem" attitude certainly made the job go smoother from a customer perspective, even taking the time to show me the differences with the new boiler, and the new controls, not to mention the change in how to pressurise the system.
