Ordered a couple of cotton dresses for summer and they arrived in Sydney in just two days. Breathable material, bright colors, and true to size. Will definitely order again!

Scammers of the worst kind stay away clothing is terrible all from China I sent mine back still haven’t received a refund 😞

Absolute junk from china. Quality is terrible and if you want to return they will drag it on for weeks trying to convince you to take a 30% refund as return are to China and cost an arm and a leg.

Placed an order for 2 items on July 19th, as of August 17th no further correspondence received NO order received.

Bought a jumper in June and on arrival it was a different product and quality was terrible, i raised a return and after a week of emailing back and forth with them trying to give me a partial refund they finally provided the info of how to return the item. Self funded postage to China - but it was still worth sending back for a full refund, so i went through with it. Provided them a tracking. Item arrived to China at the end of June, and it is now mid August, no refund been provided and i haven’t received any reply on my million follow up emails. My advice - if you want to return the product, go with a partial refund offer, at least you get some money back..

Would give it less than 1 star. No tags, care labels, sizing etc on the jumper that I paid $75 for. Rubbish product.

Stay away from this company and website - they are a scam. The product I received was a cheap nylon garment that looked nothing like what was pictured. I had to argue with them to be offered a refund and then told I had to pay postage to China. Luckily I lodged a dispute with my credit card company which resulted in a full refund.

DO NOT USE! Products are cheap from China and look nothing like the picture. Website seems legit, advertised free shipping in Australia and like the company is based in Melbourne but it is from China. If you want to return the items you have to ship them back at your expense to China. Don’t trust the cute photos. Don’t buy, you’ll regret it.

I agree with previous reviewers. The cashmere jumper I ordered was in fact acrylic and cotton. When I queried this, I was told to return the garment, at my expense, to China. Pointing out the obvious, that the fault lay with the seller, got me nowhere. Devious and unconscionable conduct.

This is not actually a review on a product purchasing experience from this company, but rather exposing them for how deceitful they are. On their website they clearly show that they have a 4.5 star review rating with Trustpilot, unyet when I visit here (on Trustpilot), I see 1 star ratings! Stay away from this company, they are liars and cheats!

Ordered a 'cashmere jumper' and a floral knitted jumper. Received a conterfeit product made out of some awful nylon material totally different to the wool jumper advertised. Finally offered full refund as long as i returned to china which would cost double the price of the jumper. They advertised as being in Melbourne. Do not buy from this dreadful company.

Ordered a 'cashmere jumper' and a floral knitted jumper. Arrived today and was a flimsy acrylic jumper and a weird printed nylon top. Considering the $65 each that I paid, these aren't even worth $10. Absolute rubbish! So disappointing.

What a joke stay right away from this store. I ordered a 2XL jumper it arrived however it would not even fit a 10 year old child. There are no care instruction tags,no size tags and the package arrived without an invoice notification as you would get from other reputable businesses. The only way way to contact this business is via email as no contact phone number provided.

Website is deceptive. Lots of effort made to make it look like a Melbourne store but it’s not. Items come from China 3 weeks after ordering. Quality was nowhere near how it looked in the photos. No tags on the items so no idea what they are made of or care instructions. Do not buy from them.

Heaven Melbourne is a fraudulent company and not based in Melbourne. Buyers beware! The jumper I thought I was purchasing was nothing like what I received! Disgraceful scammers!!

A complete scam do not use lost my money

Absolutely disgusting product. I bought what I thought was a a woollen jumper, I received a nylon price of rubbish.
I believed their fake Trust Pilot reviews on the website and the fact it was a Melbourne based company.
It’s Chinese and the reviews are the same on repeat.
To get a refund you have to pay yourself and send it to China.

It's a complete scam. The website claims to be from Melbourne, but it's actually a dropship of bad-quality products from China. They even claim to have 4.8 stars on Trustpilot with 1000+ reviews, which is clearly fake. They will offer discounts of 50% when you complain about faulty products, and when you decline, try to make you pay for return shipping of faulty products to China. If you have bought through Paypal, raise an issue with them ASAP.

This company is a sham it offers Australian product although made and shipped from Chine . The prices are not cheap but the products are !!! So very Cheap jumpers look worse that a dogs blankets

Nothing more than a good facade.

My wife bought a jacket (yet to arrive) and the website immediately offered her 25% off her next purchase. Upon trying to use the discount offer it failed to apply to her checkout so she emailed support. After more than 10 emails back and forth, support has repeatedly offered empty words apologising for the discount not working and offering “if there is anything we can do to make amends or assist you further, please let us know”… apparently that does not include honouring the discount they offered, or doing anything at all.

Definitely not based in Melbourne.
