their service often becomes unavailable and they frequently claim to be under ddos attacks without having proper protection in place.... this results in constant disruptions. its clear many users are facing similar issues... choosing heavencloud was my biggest mistake

very poor performance
very poor performance, the service did not work as expected.... facing a lot of ratelimited issue.
i faced multiple this issues, but the support team did not respond or assist me during that time. My concerns were effectively ignored.
however, once my paid plan expired, they reached out and encouraged me to renew the service, which felt inconsistent with the earlier lack of support

bad hosting
bruh, what happened to this hosting?
i requested a refund after using their service for around 3 hours becuz i wasnt satisfied... their whole usa infra was down and ratelimited... so as per their refund policy in their own website, they clearly state a guaranteed refund within 48 hourss
however, when i contacted them through discord, their behavior completely changed.... instead of handling the request properly, they started being rude and told me “ i dont knoww anythin about hosting.....” like srysly??
after a short argument, they muted me for 2 days on discord support server..... when i raised the issue again, they refused the refund, sayin the 48 hour period had already passed... which doesnt make sense given the timeline…. And later they banned me from their support server
i also mail then on their support mail ... (my mail started with: fubit******@gmail.com) but they didnt responded me and said they havent received any such mail and i pretty sure they deleted it....

Honest feedback with Heaven Cloud…
Well I bought a vps for my personal use its quite good and the owner i.e Manas helps time to time too whenever needed.
I've tried their bot hosting too that too is good, I've used it to record some videos and post on my channel
Conclusion is it's cheap and you must give it a try!

Review:
Recently just bought the discord bot started plan, had some issues starting the server (error handling fetch request) created a ticket and got the support team to fix it, was pretty quick too 😋 ✌️
Suggestion:
Add variable option in generic egg to edit startup variable ourselves or give us an option to switch between universal egg or generic egg
Universal egg allows us to edit startup variable with ease but when stopping server it doesn't ask for confirmation twice
Generic egg alr has integrated startup command and always install packages even when it's not necessary it's annoying but it stops restarts server with 1 click
So in combination of universal egg variable + generic 1 click restart would be much much better!
