I am so angry with this business, what kind of disrespectful and stupid joke have y'all played on me, in addition my order was delayed for 6 days once the label was created and shipped, guess what?!!! An empty box, what's wrong with y'all! Y'all can't properly seal a box!!!!!!! I want my money back right now, I can't believe what kind of company sells such expensive products and doesn't know how to pack a box. And send me where I send your empty box back.

Bought a pair of earrings, its almost 100 pound, the package is so rough and terrible, how dare you sell that much for gold plated jewlery and have a no refund policy. Never buy this brand again !

I ordered the laptop case after being influenced. I live in Europe and keep in mind this was before all sanctions.
The package took 3 months to arrive🙂. And after writing my review they wrote me email and wanted to give me 20% refund in exchange for 5 star rating instead of three

Don't get influenced by internet influencers like I did! Overpriced jewelry that you can get elsewhere for much cheaper. They do not even disclose the material that go into each jewelry. I can tell how cheap the quality is immediately when I tried the pieces on. Do yourself a favor and buy from Banana Republic, or J Crew for similar quality but more reasonable price. Shipping took a long time even though I'm located in Los Angeles, near Heaven Mayhem company address. The packaging is laughable, just putting the pieces in some white gift box from dollar store. Note that they do not get refund on earrings per their ridiculous refund/exchange policy. The earrings can only be exchanged for store credit only, due to "hygiene reason." Well, if it's really for hygiene reason, why even allow an exchange? It should not be refundable to be consistent with their reason. Because obviously when it's returned, they will resell the same earrings to the next customer. If you really want to try their crap, buy from Amazon where there is free shipping/return.

Terrible products with low quality materials used. I purchased the good girls go to heaven jewellery box which was delivered already broken, the top of the book was coming off so it wasn’t flush. Overall, it’s cheap looking with the materials used and I would NOT recommend buying the products from this company.

I ordered a laptop cover that i was so excited about. Arrived after 2 weeks (even if they said it would take 3 days max) i ordered the cover for a macbook air 13" after i have checked my laptop model, but it arrived too big… tried to turn it back but it has been refused (no international exchanges) and paied 62€ for it…

TERRIBLE packaging. TERRIBLE quality / tarnished already when new in the box before even 1st wear! (I have baby knot mix and larger knot in gold). TERRIBLE customer service - it’s been 10 weeks and still no reply - completely non responsive!!!! High price points so extremely disappointed - DO NOT ORDER. Wish I read these reviews before ordering.

Omg, I’ve been eyeing Heaven Mayhem for a while now. Everything looks so chic, pretty, and expensive. I finally got four pairs of earrings after much anticipation — but the packaging was terrible. So disappointing. The pieces are pretty and unique, but the gold doesn’t look nearly as expensive as it does in the photos. It’s really making me question the quality of the earrings. Given the price point, it’s honestly quite sad. Now I just feel really confused about this brand.

I’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with Heaven Mayhem and their shipping partner, Asendia. My recent order has been unnecessarily delayed because Asendia incorrectly claimed the invoice. I submitted clear documentation proving this wasn’t the case, yet the parcel is still being held while they await confirmation from Heaven Mayhem.

Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, the communication has been slow and ineffective. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. A previous order also failed to arrive, even though the tracking information from Heaven Mayhem showed it as delivered. I reached out multiple times for clarification and received no clear response.

I'm disappointed, especially because I believed in this brand and continued to support it through repeat purchases, spending hundreds of dollars. Sadly, the process has failed me again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Here’s the thing, I usually don’t write reviews but I thought I could help others from going through the same thing. I purchased a laptop case, before it even shipped out I emailed them to cancel my order and they said there was nothing they could do and to just send it back once it gets to me (if it was already in the shipping process which it wasn’t?) so whatever it wasn’t the biggest deal and then I got an email saying they refunded my item and I could just keep my item once it gets to me. Great! it’s been about 15 business days and I still have not received my refund when it was estimated to take at most 3-10 days. They have been unresponsive and I would have rather just sent back the item had I known I wouldn’t be seeing this money back. Please do not buy from this brand. Save your money, there are better quality items that are much more cost efficient elsewhere.

Customer service is non responsive.
Bought a necklace online that after the confirmation came a second email stating the item has been back ordered and will not arrive for two months.
Emailed the same day- a few hours after I ordered it to cancel and they responded right away that they cannot cancel the order.
What???

Do NOT buy from this company - shockingly back quality for the price - Brought a "high quality leather" laptop cover - it's absolutely not leather - very very cheap from china. & they don't accept returns from the UK. Shouldn't be allowed - instagram is a lie!

Ordered case for laptop to Poland, was choosing as per directions.The case was too small. On website was written that thee don't have return service from mz country and I need to contact their support. Wrote them mail and also on instagram - 0 respond. Price is high, support service is shitty. Complete disappointment. I wish I could check the reviews before.

Took 3 weeks to get here, dispite paying £10 it was sent tracked un signed 48 and left on a door step. The packagain was a brown paper bag, the box is so cheap. The package doesnt even come with anything personalised or cute as an expensive new start up brand,nothing that shows this is run buy an small business. Honestly shocking packaging.Would be embarrased to gift, but the fact The earings are something from H&M for £7... tarnished, gold coming off, feel like plastic. SPENT £90 on a gift, they refuse to refund me, Im shocked at how much Oddmuse rave about these, when they are so bad.

Had to wait three months for a Macbook cover, They send some freebees in a seperate package where there is charged import tax for. Now I have paid double import tax. I never asked for free items, didn't need those and now I have paid a grazy amount of import tax. Their customer service is just not setting this right. I am mailing back an forward for over a month now.

Purchased the Gold Beanie earrings for £93. They arrived 2 weeks + after purchase. For luxury pricing, the packaging was awful - just a box tossed inside a bashed up envelope. It gets worse after actually seeing the earrings themselves - so cheap, bad brass, will definitely tarnish after a few wears and is just so so obviously cheap. And clip on!! Shocked that this company is selling them for the price they are, feels like they've come direct from aliexpress. Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering!

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased their case and it came damaged upon attempting to return the product I wanted to exchange the item but the site wouldn’t let me proceed. I reached out to customer service about this but by the time I was finally told to return the website did not let me do so. I reached back out and they told me that they’ll get it resolved they never did. Now they won’t refund me anymore. I think for the price paid for the item I should be receiving a product free from damage

Absolute trash. A belt I was gifted and wore once broke, I took photos, sent the receipt, asked for a credit, and have not received a response to three emails.

I return an item at the end of November, which was delivered to their warehouse with USPS around December 10th, and I haven't received the refund yet. They keep saying they are waiting confirmation from the warehouse that the item was delivered.
It's been 3 months now, and I feel like I got scammed.

If you buy from them, make sure you use a credit card in case you end up never receiving your order like me. It’s been over 3 weeks and they have not even SHIPPED my order yet, even though it has been in stock this whole time. They have refused to give me a refund. The designs are cute but they’re not worth this hassle.
