Ordered late Friday was here Tuesday, and the best price I could find, good enough for me.

Great customer service, quick shipping and outstanding pricing. They are everything you want from a parts supplier. I will definitely keep doing business with HD Kits!

They advertised the parts were FP Diesel, which is a line of parts by Federal Mogul.

I did not see where they openly state we reserve the right to substitute parts of other manufacturers.

I received parts in boxes by Maxi Force which don’t even have where the parts are made. Could be inferior parts. Their price is higher than other “discount” heavy duty diesel part manufacturers.

Very unhappy with this company. Major aftermarket suppliers often address deficiencies in some of the OEM lines. I cannot be assured this is the case with parts that don’t even show where they are made.

Be aware of what you are buying and do not trust their advertising.

If ypu call don't bout a part & they tell you it's in stock don't take there word on it if you need the part/ parts soon. Happened to me called in they told me the part was in stock. I ordered it, been waiting 2 weeks called to check back in on my order where bouts my order is.
They told me it's on back order & they don't have them in stock & havent had them in stock for awhile. Put me in a really bad spot since my truck has been down for 3 weeks. No truck running, No money coming in!

Jean provided outstanding customer service, very friendly, efficient and professional. The water pump I ordered for my semi arrive on time as he told me and in perfect condition. I would definitely, order more parts from him.

i ordered a uper engine gasket kit on Aug 9th my the money came out of the account they still havent shipped my gaskets tallking about credit Auth. forms or some i already emailed a pic of cc and lic. DO NOT order from here if its time sensitive they are painfully slow ive called multiple spoke with them on the phone told them i need to get back to work and need my truck and they still havent even shipped it yet then when i aslked for expedited shipping i was told i would have to pay for it......pathetic! it should be free next day! everyday i dont have my vehicle i cant work im loosing hundreds of dollars a day while they go on vacations their phone message says they wil;l do anything to help with time sensitive parts that is total malarkey unfortunately this truck has drained my funds completely other wise id just buy one from elsewhere but i cant afford these guys are absolutely killing me and this truck project has been a nightmare. Can you guys please ship my &*^% gasket kit it should be free overnighted but what do i know about "the customer is alwAY right"

Stan from heavy duty kits has been extremely helpful and all my parts came the next day. very satisfied with there service, and to make things even better i came out cheeper then getting it from the local parts store.

Ordering went ok, then for unrelated reasons we had to cancel our order almost immediately (<24 hours). The charge on our card had already gone through, so a refund was necessary. They claimed to have done the refund right away. It has been 4 weeks now and no refund ever hit the card. Their "proof" that the refund has been done is a screenshot (easily faked) or an email (easily edited).
Sayonara to 500 bucks. Never again.

Terrible and unprofessional.

I ordered 4 pistons and a water pump gasket. Without saying anything to me, they shipped only 3 pistons. When I received the pistons I emailed and asked where the gasket and 4th piston were and they didn't mention the gasket but said they reached out to the manufacturer regarding the piston. A few emails and a phone call later, I found out that they originally only had 3 pistons in stock and the 4th was to be drop-shipped from the manufacturer but according to HDKits, they had no ETA. I found out from other vendors that the ETA was the same for everyone and was 3 to 6 months!

I asked HDKits to refund me the piston and gasket and they said they did have the gasket and will send it and refund the piston. I ordered a 4th piston elsewhere. 14 days later I emailed them again to ask where the gasket and refund were and they apologized and issued me a refund for _both_. Now I'm at square 1 with the water pump gasket which I will need to order elsewhere, which means I have another few weeks to wait for this single $3 item that I will have to pay $19 shipping on.

I placed my order, waited a week, and then called because I never received my shipping confirmation. Turns out the order was never fulfilled.

When I called I felt like I got a lot of attitude and excuses.

Then they said they could most likely get the order fulfilled on a Monday which was about 2 weeks after I placed the original order, which after shipping is about 3 weeks after the original order. I just ended up cancelling it.

Bad communication parts were not available waited too long for refund

cheap service ,I bought engine kit and told me everything in stock and took more than a month to deliver with backorders, very disapointed
