We approached Andrew following a recommendation from a colleague in the local cricket scene. Myself and good friend have been exercising together for a while and we were both excited about the prospect of a new gym a few miles from home. It appealed to us mainly because it is not part of a leisure centre (where it can get too busy) and if we got ourselves signed up - we would be one of the first - therefore would be able to build up our confidence about visiting the gym solely and get to know the equipment and the people etc. The sign up process was easy, being kept informed about the goings on of the gym and access to an app has been fantastic. It is still in the early stages and everyone has dealt with niggles and ironing things out very admirably. The gym instructors that hold the classes are very nice and perfectly encouraging - we have struggled to walk on occasion the next day, but hey little steps will hopefully achieve big results. The village of Pontrilas and its cosy gym and shop next door has become a great little hub of ours and we really admire that achievement of those who have been involved.

Exactly what we needed in this area. Very fair prices and informative staff. The gym has all the kit and machines one would need.

Having known Andrew for many years, I was more than happy to engage him to help our charity organisation raise much needed funds.
