HEBDEPOT.COM customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.
I recently purchased some 20"x4" ebike tires and tire tubes from Walmart that this company makes. They seem to appear like they are durable tires and tubes. The price that Walmart charged was very reasonable, in my opinion.
Inspite of this, I am very shocked and taken back by the extreme rudeness and disparaging remarks by some unidentified person on their text line (760) 710-1248, who today treated me like crap, simply because I asked some questions that this highly unprofessional person refused to answer over the last few days. Kind of lazy on his part for one thing. Because of his nonresponse to me and refusal to answer my perfectly legitimate questions about these bike tires and tubes, I told him that his customer service was equivalent to 2 stars 🌟. He then unloaded on me insult after insult today. He claimed that I was simply unhappy with his very scant answers to only some of my questions. He put forth very little effort answering my questions, sounding like I was a bother to him. Yet on the box that my very expensive Happy EBike bike tires came in, it says to call or text their number for any help or questions.
I am the customer and am #1. This highly unprofessional and abusive person deserves to be fired! Whoever hired him was a fool.
I am officially boycotting Happy Ebikes (HEB) for all time. No customer deserves to be insulted, abused and disparaged like this!!!
I told this very troubled customer disservice rep, that he deserved 2 stars 🌟. Well I change that to minus 100 (-100 stars)🌟 !!!
I definitely don't think anyone should waste their time buying these Happy EBike products from such an unprofessional company. They obviously are simply out to make money, full stop.
