O mizerie de customer service

The product I have bought stopped working at second use. The guarantee offered (2 years in this case) seemed to be a joke for the staff, when contacted on phone. They have treated me, their customer, unprofessional and rude, even blocked my number when asking about service or refund.

Overall, the worst customer experience encountered from a Romanian company.

The garden pump stopped functioning properly after only two uses. It turned on by itself, causing a significant spill despite still having solution inside. Attempts to turn it off using the power button were unsuccessful. The vacuum component worked, but ended up deforming the container, which is made of fairly durable plastic.

The item was sent for repair, but the pump was returned still broken.

Additionally, attempts to resolve the issue directly with the vendor were met with unprofessional behavior. The customer service representative abruptly ended the call and refused to address the request for a replacement or refund.

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and left a very negative impression.

The call center staff is very kind and responsive. Empathy and respect for the customer! Bravo!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a product that didn’t fit my needs and returned it. Besides paying the delivery fee when the item was shipped to me, I also had to cover the return shipping cost (80 RON), since they don’t take responsibility for it. That would have been acceptable if I had gotten back the money for the product, but the real issue is that even though I sent the package back within the 15-day legal period and Cargus confirmed it was delivered on time, Heber refused the return, claiming the deadline had passed. As a result, I never received a refund. The call service guy was very rude and lied about the date when they receive the prodcut.

Bad customer service and bad products that are working only for months, and they try to make you not benefit from your product's warranty by being rude a inventing lies.

Have never experienced such low customer service.

Ordered water pump,with tank kit( on a ddress in Romania, not a uk delivery) , they delivered 3 days later, they sent it without fitting kit( that i paid for already) called customer service, very rude, and not helpful, ironic ,frustrated, and worst customer service I ever spoke with.Guy I spoke with ,was saying that will send the kit ,he never admitted or apologise for inconvenience, and soon as i asked more details about they way they will send the kit, he just hanged off.tried to call again ,and he blocked my number.I wouldn't buy again, and I bet they will never cover the warranty. Worst ever.

Unfortunately I bought from this site, it arrived damaged, no answear to any of my emails or return claims. When I call them, they talk dirty...
