Have been suffering with PF for 4 months. Bought 3 pairs of special shoes, 4 pairs of insoles which all helped, but only a little. Was still hobbling around and avoiding walking as much as I could. Tried heelease and felt a difference after my first use of it. My stretching exercises normally hurt somewhat, but after using heelease for 10 mins, the stretching was pretty much pain free. After 2 uses (one before bed and then again in the morning) I had a much easier day at work. I have just used this for a third time and my foot feels better again. I certainly wasn't expecting such an immediate response. I hope it keeps on improving. I guess different things work for different people, but this has definitely been the most effective remedy that I have tried so far. Would be good if the unit could be made rechargeable

Rip Off Company

Purchased April 2023, ceased to work June 2023.
Emails not answered.

This will be illegal from October this year when new legislation will be in place.
They trade from Guernsey which does not have the protection of the Sale of Goods Act.
This is no accident!
Do not fall for this totally useless gadget.

Heelease. plantar fasciitis

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for some years now. I purchased heelease 4 weeks ago I can feel a massive change in my foot condition, hardly any pain throughout the day which was a real struggle for me day to day. I fully recommend this product it has made my life so much better. Total credit to the heelease creators.

Great pain reliever.

My plantar fasciitis has not healed yet but this plucky little device massively helps reduce the pain and minimises the limping. At first it seemed to make things more painful and worse but now I am in a lot less pain and can see a big difference. Thank you Heelease.

I currently suffer from plantar fasciitis …

I currently suffer from plantar fasciitis and set about buying new insoles and orthopaedic socks. I also purchased a pain relieving gel. None of which had any impact on my condition. I came across Heelease and decided to give it a try. Firstly it arrived next day as promised and within a few uses I noticed significant improvement in my condition. With each day that passes my condition continues to improve thanks to Heelease. Wish I had found it sooner

The heelease has really helped l had a fall in work which involved my foot being slammed down onto concrete.
I was already struggling with plantar fasciitis but this increased the pain ten fold l couldn’t walk without help. I took a week off work and purchased the heelease, which has really helped.
Within 6-7 days l was walking again Was able to return to work and was virtually pain free.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Impressed

When the heelease first arrived I was a little apprehensive as seemed so small and didn't vibrate much, I have plantar fasciitis, very painful... used it a few times and it works! I use it now ams then now as a top up... if I feel a twinge I used it. Very impressed

Genuinely I was dubious about this…

Genuinely I was dubious about this gadget even though I understood the science behind shockwave therapy as my Aunty had had this treatment in Portugal for her foot problems. I was dubious because I wondered how a gadget cost less then £40 with shipping was going to help the extreme pain I’ve been in for 4 months now. Well I bit the bullet, it arrived, I put it all together and strapped up, turned it on and woah, sounded like something I’d bought off Lovehoney (if you know you know). In just one day it improved my PF, I’m not even shitting you! Played netball last night and usually the day after I would be in agony, but having used it a couple of times in today, I used it again for 20 minutes whilst watching love island and woke up with a massive improvement. Been using it on and off today also and I can feel it “affecting” the painful fibers and I know tomorrow I’ll wake up feeling even better!! Wished I’d not been so bloody suspicious and bought it a lot sooner!

Fantastic little gadget. Significant improvement after 2 weeks. Went to program 5 after that. I’m now 3 weeks in and almost gone. I suffered needlessly for 6 months. Can’t say enough good things about the product. Buy re chargeable batteries though

I recently purchased the gadget Heel ease, to try and eliminate the pain of planter fasciitis. It certainly has helped. Although it hasn't completely cured it, the pain has definitely been eased. I would recommend anyone to try it.

A good shockwave machine for feet pain

I fully recommend this machine if you have feet pain like plantar fasciitis. It is awesome. I am using it only once a day. If I use more than once a day, I feel discomfort on my legs so adjust yourself how many times you should use although they recommend up to three times a day. I use Scholl foot cream as well every time after using the heelease machine. It is worth buying it definitely. I used to have aching pain, pins and needles, tingling feeling, burning and itching. My ache and pain were not going away for months and got worse at night and more pain after walking or exercise. It was horrible and unbearable. I walked in my home doing housework feeling annoyed and upset because of my pain on my feet all the time. Everywhere I went, I was looking for a place desperate to sit down. My doctors (podiatrist, GP and consultant) could not confirm my pain was the plantar fasciitis pain and my feet ultrasound scan result was normal but the pain was persistent. I tried so many things (vitamin D, Magnesium, B12, foods recommended by some websites, warm water feet bath, ice pad cooling, pain relief cream, jelly sole, special sole for plantar fasciitis, night splint, including recommended exercises for plantar fasciitis), to get rid of my feet pain. Nothing worked except this heelease shockwave machine. I even cut my hard skin spot on my one heel and put foot cream as I was desperate for my heel pain. I was delighted after I bought this machine. Within a week after I use the machine, I felt the difference on my feet. It takes time though. My feet pain went so bad for some reasons and I may need to use the machine for a little longer but slowly and gradually my feet pain is improving. I can now go to the bus stop, stand and wait there feeling less to no pain. I had lost hope at first about my feet but now I got my hope back to walk normal without feeling pain on my feet again one day. I might have other reason causing my feet pain and I am going to do a nerve conduction test just in case, but at the moment, this machine is the only one which make my feet pain better so far. I feel lucky I found this wonderful machine giving me a hope to walk without pain one day. Its my travel mate too because when I go to sleep at my son's, I take it with me as well because I would not want to miss using it for a day.

Heelease -well worth trying to alleviate foot pain.

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis and found the Heelease device online. After using it for 2 to 3 weeks, I am suffering less pain and recommend it to anyone with foot pain. 3 times a day for 10 minutes each time is the suggested regime and I am very pleased I bought it.

I have been suffering from Plantar…

I have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for about 4 months. Came completely out of the blue. Very painful and despite exercises as prescribed along with insoles there was no relief. The only temporary relief was treatment at the physio which was helpful but not financially sustainable. Heelease has been nothing short of remarkable. After 3-4 weeks I am almost pain free. I am back to my ballroom dancing. I would recommend the device highly. Also customer service was excellent and very prompt when I reached out with a query.

Plantar fasciitis

I read the reviews on trust pilot before I decided to buy
I bought this a week ago, I thoroughly read the manual, I watch the videos on heelease.co.uk and I'm using it 3 times daily 30mins each time.
I'm not sure if it's early days but I genuinely don't feel any difference.
I'm still in pain. I still can't walk without limping.
I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for couple of years. I had the treatment through the Royal orthopaedic twice, this is nothing like it.
Will leave another review in couple of month.
2nd of November update.
I've been using this for over 20 days now.
I went through 12 batteries.
Using heelease 3 times a days for 30 mins each time.
I do not feel any better. Before you buy this, imagine holding your electric tooth brush on your foot. This is exactly what it feels like.
Waste of money.

Impressive piece of equipment

I purchased heelease without huge expectations but have been pleasantly surprised I can’t say my plantar fasciitis has completely gone but after using this for approximately 3 weeks it has eased quite a lot and I’m hopeful with continued use it will eventually clear altogether quite impressed with my little gadget
