Very bad 👎👎👎 I am being subjected to fraud and attempted coercion. Someone is trying to force me to write a fake review, which I refuse to do. This behavior is illegal and unethical. I will not participate, and I am documenting everything. If this continues, I will report it to the appropriate authorities and the platform involved.

I recently wrote a review for Heelperk, who had taken 9,99 euros from me supposedly for the customs duty for a parcel Subsequently, I found that this was actually a membership fee for their company and nothing to do,with a parcel delivery. After a polite exchange
of emails they agreed to refund me. However, this has not happened and I assume it isn't going to happen. Therefore I down grade my estimation of them.

I have just purchased an item that I was told it was R156.99 but they took more R600.00 of which I did not authorize, is this company even legit?
