Useless customer service, Sent new heeleys with missing wheel, not doing anything to rectify

Avoid at all costs , do not even bother
Biggest scam of all time.
Labeled as on official outlet but operates like a third world scam.
Shoes have been " in transit" for 4 weeks and dpd can't even locate the TRACKED parcel.
Customer services simply say the wait till something turns up and the WILL NOT refund the shoes till the lost package shows up
How the hell can a lost package show up

They refuse to refund my but are more than willing to take payment

Horrendous experience with Heelys. The original shoes I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive with the sizing being so off that they were at least 2 sizes too big. 2nd pair was ordered which never arrived so after contacting 'customer service' they advised the 2nd pair must have got lost in the post and they sent a replacement. 3rd pair eventually arrived on 24th July, almost 2 months laters! The original shoes were returned same day. I have not received my refund and contacted Heelys at least 14 times showing evidence of the return but each time they would respond like it was my first time contacting them... This was a delay tactic so the time would run out and paypal would reject an claim as it went over 30 days. Paid 84.99 for the shoes and 15.00 for the return post - customer service is absolutely shocking.

Terrible nobody picks up the phone. Took money out of my account but stated when payment was made that payment was unsuccessful Avoid. Funds are now pending that could take days before I’m able to have them returned by my bank.

My son wanted Heelys for his birthday and had seen some on the web. I was dubious about ordering from here as there’s hardly any reviews and nearly all of them were bad, despite the fact this seems to be the official uk website for Heelys. I ordered on the Wednesday evening, had confirmation email. Dispatch email the next day with tracking info. Then email from Royal Mail saying they’d be arriving on Saturday, which they did. My son is over the moon

Ordered Heelys 16th April and today I received a pair of sunglasses that has the tracking number I was given for the Heelys. Tried to contact them but they keep telling me I've reached the UK Heelys and direct me to the website that again tells me they can't help. This site is a total scam.

please don't buy from heeleys. i placed order before xmas. no dispatched email so tried contacting them . only got robot replies back. saying can't discuss order cause of security reasons then i got email to say i reached out to heeleys in US. Then i sent proof of order and no reply so lost my money to this company. This is worse customer service as no phone to call them. please avoid ordering from jerky's. i should of taken notice from the reviews .

Abysmal customer service.

Ordered on 12 December,dispatched by DPD on 13 December. DPD website showed tracking and then, with no delivery attempted, return to Heelys around 17 Dec (tracking info no longer available).

I've tried contacting Heelys Customer service on 4 occasions since and have yet to receive any correspondence, even a holding email. There are no phone numbers and there doesnt even seem to be a social media presence to reach out to. In the meantime they have my money and I have no Christmas present, and no easy to get my money back.

Avoid/buy from bricks and mortar stores, their online service is unacceptable.

Ordered on 25th November with a delivery confirmed on 30th November. Item never arrived and still hasn’t as of 24th December. This was my son’s Christmas present!

While I appreciate that the issue falls with DPD as the Courier, Heelys have basically fobbed me off with broken promises.
I have contacted Heelys over x9 times and DPP x7 times and the message emails range from “ it will arrive before Christmas “ to x4 days before Christmas “do you want a refund” by which point this is to late to reorder to get it in time from another seller, further more they stated they could send another order out but it wouldn’t be here in time for Christmas, needless to say despite a further x2 since I have no update if the item has even been sent.

Really disappointing, I can’t recommend.
