Fab company, fab customer service.
First review. I bought an autooclave off this company. Technology is not my strong point! This company was fabulously supportive. I managed to muck up a cycle but James (tech) called me and saved the day. Stacey has been wonderful and replied at 7 am this morning, bless her. Can't rate them highly enough. I will certainly buy other products form this company, because their customer service is second to none!
