Quick and easy
The process of choosing colour and size functioned easy and quick.. so did payment. While other platforms prohibit quick payment by asking a lot of irrelevant questions, Heidi goes straight ahead. I like that, my time is precious.

The customer service is great. Always receive a quick and personalised response. The return costs must be taken into account. The dresses are partly very nice but unfortunately cut for smaller people.

Mixed experience
I had ordered a blouse in XXL and it was way to small, at least 2 sizes. I typically have size German 44.
I asked them to replace it with 3XL, their largest size. It was still too small. In the end, we agreed to cancel the order and I got my money back.
