When struggling financially life seems difficult but from the moment that I walked in the door I was treated with care and the utmost professionalism. The office manager Karen took her time with me, answered all of my questions and prioritized my needs. I have gone to other companies and have never been treated with this much respect. My experience with Karen was pleasant and she was proficient and knowledgeable. My needs were met. I highly recommend Heights Financial.

Excellent customer service
I was taking a chance of an offer I received. Never thinking I would get approved. Ms. Karen Forrest (the branch on 18th street) went above and beyond to help me. The process was easier than I thought. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very thorough and made sure I understood everything before signing. The office was in a good location, street parking, and very clean. If you are looking for a debt consolidation, refinance, personal loan, auto loan Heights Finance should be your first stop. Ask for Ms. Karen Forrest.
