I was able to process paperwork electronically and with no difficulty. Process done over the phone and agents explained process very clearly. The process was completed in a timely manner.

I have had loans with this company before and never experienced anything like this. However, this time, the way everything was handled felt extremely misleading, unprofessional, and sneaky.

During the loan process, the representative added two insurance policies to my loan: one related to car accidents and another for involuntary unemployment. Neither policy was properly explained to me beforehand, and I was never clearly asked for my consent before they were included. When it was time to sign the paperwork, the representative simply talked about how beneficial these policies were, presenting them as though they were just part of the loan process. She never stopped to clearly explain that these were separate insurance products or that I had the option to decline them. It was only after I started asking questions and specifically asked whether they were included with the loan that the situation became clear.

I asked for the car accident insurance to be removed while keeping the unemployment coverage. However, after reviewing my loan documents a few days later, I discovered that I had the right to cancel the policy and receive a full refund. When I called the company to address this, the representative I spoke with became defensive and told me I had to contact the insurance provider directly to cancel it.

The problem is that my loan documents did not identify the insurance provider by name or include a phone number or any clear contact information. I had to ask the representative for the number myself. When I contacted the insurance company, I was told that the lender where I obtained the loan had to process the cancellation. I called the lender back, only to find that the employees seemed unfamiliar with the process and unable to provide a clear resolution. Since then, I have received no follow up or confirmation that my request is being handled.

This entire experience has left me extremely disappointed. I should not have to chase down information, contact multiple parties, and repeatedly explain the same situation just to cancel an insurance policy and receive a refund that the contract says I am entitled to. Customers deserve transparency, clear communication, informed consent, and competent customer service, especially when additional products are being added to a financial agreement.

What concerns me most is the lack of transparency during the signing process and the way the company has handled the issue afterward. It has seriously damaged my trust in a company I had previously done business with.

I expect this matter to be handled promptly, with written confirmation of the cancellation and a clear explanation of when I will receive my full refund. I should not have to continue chasing your employees to resolve an issue that your company should be equipped to handle.

I am extremely dissatisfied with how this transaction was handled, and I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and reviews its practices to ensure other customers do not have the same experience

It was easily done over the phone and not pushy. Didn't try to low ball my loan and the high increase rate me with 100 plus interest rates.

First, I would like to thank you guys for making this as simple and as smooth a process that it was. I can't believe it. I received a offer in the mail and I wasn't going to take it. However, I've been on medical leave and I needed to make sure that my rent will be paid before I got back to work and you guys came through. the process was very simple. All I did was connect in my bank. I was approved but I know that there was a hard credit pull however It was a simple process and I really appreciate it. Thank you guys
