VeVery disappointing experience.ry disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The SD card included does not fit the product at all, making it completely unusable. I had to buy a new SD card separately, which caused unnecessary extra costs and frustration. Even worse, the seller does not respond to any messages or inquiries — absolutely no customer support. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this seller. Total waste of time and money.
