Wonderful experience with Ruth. My partner had his late mother’s engagement ring and wedding ring in a box under his bed so I decided to remodel them into a ring that he could wear every day. Ruth worked with me to create a stunning ring and he was over the moon! There was some gold left over so Ruth designed a stunning bracelet for his daughter. She cried and absolutely loved it. The team came recommended by a shared friend. While I did a ton of research beforehand and during, nothing beats talking to an expert who loves their craft. Ruth couldn't have been more helpful and in the end, my now fiancée absolutely adores everything about the ring: every aspect of the chosen diamond, the intricacies of the ring design, the engraving... it's perfect. Heirloom was fabulous! The team did an amazing job designing and creating the perfect pieces that allowed my sisters and I to enjoy jewelry that would have otherwise sat in a jewelry box. They were thoughtful, responsive and stuck to the budget and timeline. Both the quality of work and the customer experience were outstanding and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ruth was fabulous - a great eye that was flexible enough to take into account my style, plus accommodating and patient as we worked to remodel my ring into a new design. I'm very happy with the outcome and would have no doubts in recommending her.

We had a brilliant experience with Ruth. We did extensive research and searched and searched to find the right diamond. We met with Ruth a number of times and were really impressed but initially we found a diamond we liked with another merchant and thought we were safer having our design made by the same merchant - we got that very wrong! The ring was not as we had designed and we were pretty disappointed. Luckily we managed to extricate ourselves from the situation with the diamond and returned to Ruth who we had a seamless and great experience with. Ruth has a great personal touch and highly recommend her and the Heirloom team.

The piece of jewellery I had replaced was extremely sentimental and as such it was very important to get an exact copy made. I was astonished at the likeness and the level of care taken in producing the replacement. Not only was it worth every penny, the service received was also to a 5 star standard. The best review anyone can give after paying for a service is whether they would do so again and I would have no hesitation commissioning Heirloom again if the need arises.

I initially approached a number of high st stores for a resize of my wedding ring, and due to its wave design, they all said they couldn’t do it as it will distort the design. With this in mind, I thought it would be a difficult job and resorted to websites that had a “remodelling” service. I chose Heirloom due to its great reviews. I was anxious as I didn’t have a huge budget but Ruth was so understanding, friendly yet professional. It was a great relief that I didn’t need to remodel my rings and that they could resize without distorting the design! The team at Heirloom even managed to keep the inscription on the inside of the ring in tact!!! I’m so pleased with the end result and so happy that I can wear my rings again!
With such professionalism and knowledge, I can’t wait to get in touch again with future projects...

Ruth redesigned all my old jewellery and it was great fun doing it together. I now have an amazing pair of earrings and a beautiful multi diamond ring. I offset the cost of my old yellow gold against the cost of the platinum which made my new ring great value. I have seen other rings similar for a third more of the price I paid. I would not hesitate in recommending Heirloom to anyone :)

Easy to contact, great ideas and amazing end result!

Great service from Heirloom and Ruth, who was really helpful, efficient and friendly. I wanted to buy something special for my girlfriend but was a bit clueless on what to get, and didn't have an enormous budget. The pair of earrings that Ruth sourced and designed were perfect.

Great service

I was looking for a solution to this dilemma when I contacted Ruth ; I wished to keep all of the original gold and the same setting for my diamond solitaire and wedding ring (married for 36 years so far...) but they had already been stretched two or three times, were getting very thin and I needed to be able to get them over my knuckle without them being uncomfortable and oversized once on my fine finger.
I confess I was a little nervous when Ruth suggested a softened trapezium shape for both bands but I understood the logic and agreed to move forward with this proposal. The plan was to combine my original bands into the reshaped and slightly thicker engagement ring band whilst retaining a similar setting for my diamond and to have a brand new wedding ring made in the same bespoke shape.
Following a couple of previous meetings and fittings, I picked up the finished products at the beginning of the week and feel like a newlywed looking at my new combination of rings all the time!
Off the finger they look somewhat odd and surprising in shape but once on my finger they look really lovely and they seem to sit very well, don't spin and are certainly comfortable to wear.
Thank you Ruth - a great result! I will certainly be sharing this innovative solution with my friends.

I had my wedding ring repaired and it had to be almost remade...it looks fabulous.

I also had a very small job... a favourite necklace had lost 2 small turquoise and coral stones. This too was returned to me looking like new!

We worked with Ruth on remodelling my engagement ring, which after wearing for some time I'd realised was a little too loud for my taste. We were quite nervous about the prospect of making changes, having missed the mark the first time around, but Ruth managed to channel what we were looking for beautifully and we are so happy with the result. Great design, trustworthy and wonderful to deal with

Ruth delivers in every way: she is creative, diligent and communicative. She came up with personalised, custom designs that made my family heirlooms into cherished pieces. My jewellery is stunning, was delivered sooner than I imagined possible and I loved every step of the process. I would not only recommend Heirloom to anyone, I would recommend them to everyone! Brilliant!

After meeting twice with discussion and the opportunity to see stone examples (colour size etc) I was able to choose a custom made pair of earrings. I was very pleased with the personal and sensitive approach which Ruth provided without any pressure to buy. A much more enjoyable experience than visiting an up market jewellers or store eg Liberty where one is left at the mercy of store lighting and the sales persons influence!
