AVOID AVOID AVOID. ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. DESPITE MANY EMAILS TO TRY AND SORT THE PROBLEM, I'VE NEVET RECEIVED A REPLY. DIGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO SAD THAT COMPANIES THINK IT IS OK TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS.
I contacted them 4 times to try and cancel my items. I was led to believe these were real, but in fact I don't think they were. I only ended up on the site as it stated it was Morphe, however (and I should've checked) but the URL code came up with hela cosmetics. They are unresponsive and unreliable with goods that i'm not even sure are real. Please stay away!
