Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.
I had no idea that such a successful brand would have such terrible customer service. Once you experienced it, you would know how bad.
No consistency of solution, no effort in understanding the situation. I was told "there is nothing I could say, just bye" when I placed the wrong order and wanted to cancel the order and replace.
There is no where to make a complaint. Tried calling a few times and experience is consistently terrible.
To HR - you must invest and train your customer service staff, or it's such a detriment to customer loyalty.

items missing and they blame me !

During my recent purchase on your official website, I noticed a promotional offer for a complimentary gift with purchases exceeding £250.This promotional item is automatically added to the cart and is non-removable.

Having made a purchase totaling £621, I am unequivocally eligible for the complementary gift. Therefore, any failure on your part to provide the gift would constitute an oversight on your end.

While I am grateful for the offer of a 20% voucher for the inconvenience caused, I simply require the missing items to be sent to my address; the voucher is unnecessary in this instance.

I have encountered considerable difficulty in resolving this matter with your customer service team. Despite completing the web form, I received no response. Similarly, after calling last week to initiate a case for my order, I have yet to receive any correspondence regarding my case.

Upon contacting customer service again, I was informed that the gift set had been removed from the cart, an action I vehemently dispute.

Presently, I am awaiting your investigation into my case and remain uninformed about the department handling it. If there are internal policies governing such matters, they should be clearly outlined on your website. Regrettably, I found no such information, which may contravene fair trading regulations.

I seek clarification on the following points:

1. Why was there no response to my web form submission dated March 13th, 2024, despite the passage of time up to the present date?

2. Why have I not received any email updates regarding my complaint about the order sine last week after the phone call until now?

3. Why is there a delay in promptly receiving a replacement for my missing item?

4. What accounts for the limited options available to me for engaging with a representative who can provide assistance?

5. How can I rebuild confidence in making future purchases from your platform?
6. What avenues of recourse are available to me if customer service fails to deliver a resolution?

Pure fraudulent advertising

Pure fraudulent advertising. Black Friday deal but you will never get it. I purchased item on Black Friday and everything was gone throught but after few days they send you email say , payment was not gone throught and when you say can I pay over the phone for my order ? they said offer is end , so now you have to pay full price. Avoid

Will never buy Helena from their Official website, extremly terrible experience, like a 'financial fraud'

As there is no Britain website for HR, so write the feedback for helenarubinstein terrible service here:
NEVER AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE, because they will just hold your payment and never ship an order successful; customer service attitude is also extremely bad. There are more products can be a replacement of this brand with far more excellent customer service, plus you will always safely receive you order.
- first order was canceled in over one week, told you success and then failed;
- second order used over half month to ship, and interestingly the company didn't even know their logistics had an issue, which needed Ervi to tell that the order was damaged; then they will tell you wait for over half month for your refund.and they are unable to ship again.
throughout the process, phone and email customer service never apologies for the terrible experience they made, seems like all customer fault. So trust, don't buy anything from their official website, waste your time, energy, and money.
