Helen is an amazing teacher what she doesn’t know about the body isn’t worth knowing. She is constantly updating her knowledge and learning new ways to help her clients. I would recommend her to anyone and we would be lost without her.

Helen is an incredible Pilates teacher. She has the clients wellbeing at the heart of each and every class and her knowledge and wealth of experience enables her to offer modifications according to individual needs. Every class is unique and delivered in a supportive manner. Since lock-down Helen has created an extensive online collection of her classes which can be accessed at any time, ideal for the client who cannot get to her lives.

I have been attending Helens classes for many years ..... she always makes the class fun & enjoyable, but her knowledge of Pilates is phenomenal !!!!!! I would highly recommend Helen's classes to either an advanced or beginners level ... either way you will not regret walking through that door .....

My husband & I were lucky enough to meet lovely Helen on a recent retreat. I was never a big fan of pilates as I found it boring but my experience with Helen was far from boring. She takes her teaching seriously & is very knowledgeable providing safe, stimulating classes . We both felt more aligned and had less pain & are now pilates converts. I’m really enjoying her on line classes & look forward to seeing Helen & lovely Mabel ( cat) every week in the comfort of my home.

I have been doing Pilates with Helen for many years due to having lower back issues. I would recommend Helen’s classes whether you have a mobility issue or just to keep mobile. Helen will always adapt an exercise to your ability and encourages you if needed. Her classes are always friendly, fun and interesting. Helen always keeps up to date with any new techniques that can help her class. She is a true professional and I would highly recommend.

Helen is an incredible Pilates teacher. Her knowledge and understanding of her subject is phenomenal. She is able to translate this knowledge to her students in away that is immediately accessible to all and with good humoured instructions. Her manner is friendly and relaxed but thoroughly professional. I defy anyone not to enjoy Pilates or any other fitness program with Helen.
