Great product, great buying experience
After searching online for a summer watch to add to my collection, the Helicon Professional Chronograph – Stratos popped up on my social media, and so pleased that it did. I immediately went for the Light Blue as a very similar look to another watch I had my eye on at a significantly higher price point.
The watch arrived today [delivery from order less than 48 hours] and I couldn't be more pleased. The light blue dial is exactly what I was looking for, a fresh modern look without going over the top, and one I think will work equally both casually and on more formal occasions. Build quality seems excellent and a very good weight comfortable to wear, the kind of watch you can wear throughout the day without constantly adjusting or noticing its presence.
Even more standout for me was the service, and a special mention has to go to Lisa in this regard. Before ordering I went to the online chat on the website and got pretty much an instant response, I wasn't sure on the colour of the strap at first [which after receiving today I actually quite like] and I asked if this could be changed to another colour from the range, whether it was just unusually good timing for me or if they were in the process of doing anyway, Lisa advised when the option to buy another coloured strap was uploaded to their website [less than 24 hours] and then I immediately placed my order.
Overall, a great product with a distinctive look which I think sets it apart from more conventional options and for anyone looking to add a bit of personality, matched by an equally great buying experience. Always good to buy from / support a British company as well. I will be keeping an eye out on their other products going forward, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others, and sure I'm the compliments will come when I start to wear the watch in the next week. Exceeding expectations
From start to finish, everything has been exceptional. The communication during the waiting period was superb and when the watch arrived, it easily exceeded my expectations. From the packaging to the watch itself, the attention to detail is something the “bigger” brands could learn from. Had the professional chronograph on pre-order.
The timescale did slip a bit but I sort of expected they might.
Kept informed along the way with updates.
Was a bit concerned that the watch might arrive whilst I was away in March but a quick response from Jonathan with an update and when they expected to send which was really helpful.
The watch arrived soon after and as per the timescales provided by Jonathan in his email.
I ordered the ion yellow dial watch and it’s my first proper chronograph, really impressed with the quality and details of the watch.
The packaging was really good as well and can see that Helicon put a lot of thought into the whole process, you’re buying a watch but can tell they think about the small details and their customer’s experience.
Very happy with my purchase and my experience with Helicon.

Helicon Professional Chronograph - Ion Yellow
I've had this watch for about a week or so and it has kept all my other watches in the box. The packaging is great and the notebook was a nice touch. The watch itself feels robust. The bezel, crown and buttons are all really well made and feel like they will last a long time. I wasn't sure about getting a yellow watch, but I'm glad I took the leap. It looks fantastic. Most importantly, it is keeping time well. This watch punches above its weight. I'll definitely be looking out for what Helicon do next.

People positively twisted on wrist watches
First of all, the watch is marvelous! I knew it will be very good, but once I have opened the box it exceeded all my expectations. Even a tiny crown separator was installed for shipment. Just wow!
A very important part of this journey was the ability to exchange thoughts with Helicon company owners. Jonathan and Danielle answered my every single email. I could ask them about anything. And all responses came promptly and were very detailed. Although I have never met them in person, I always felt like a member of a loving family. It was a great experience.
When I told my local watch-fellas about these exeptional two British tik-tak lovers, about their passion and kindness, they all agreed the Helicon company is going to be their trusty watch supplier. Mine too! Can't wait for the next order.

Great watch from a great company
I bought a watch on preorder and honestly Helicon are great at communicating. You get regular updates on the production process, when they start packing, when they're getting ready to ship, right up to the day your order's on the delivery van.
The packaging was really great for a watch with a modest price. The watch was well protected in the shipping box.
They obviously took good care to deliver not only a great product, but a great buying experience as well.
I would happily buy from them again.
