Long story short - we never got to take our helicopter flight because they booked us for the wrong date since they're just a re-seller, and then they didn't respond to any contact for 3 days once we found out, so we never got to go.
If you want a flight go directly to helicopterflights.com. They're the actual operator. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HELICOPTERFLUG.CH. They do not have access to the actual booking system and we were told by the operator that they have regular communication issues with this company since they're very difficult to get a hold of.

I reached out to this company to schedule a surprise birthday present for my wife during our vacation in Switzerland. I booked the 30 minute Jungfrau helicopter ride with a glacier landing. Booking took over a week since they would only respond to messages about once a day. Once I was able to confirm the flight that we wanted, they sent my confirmation email for the wrong date.
I quickly sent an email correcting them and they responded the next day acknowledging the error, sent an updated confirmation and told me that they had updated the system to make sure we were re-booked on the correct date. They then sent me a link to pay which didn't work, so it took a couple of days to get an accurate payment link to make my payment.
Because the time of the flight is not decided until the day before (to check with weather forecasts, among other things) you have to call into a phone number the afternoon before your flight where they will confirm your flight time and all details. When I called, this is when I found out that helicopterflug.ch is not actually operating the flights and they are instead a re-seller for helicopterflights.com. When I spoke to them, they told me that we were booked for another day. I explained that the other company had originally booked the wrong date and then assured me that they fixed the reservation. It turns out they never actually fixed the reservation. The person on the phone was very nice and told me they'd try to see if they could get another flight for the following day on short notice (which didn't end up working) and told me that they'd try to contact helicopterflug.ch. They never heard back and nobody responded to me until two days after the flight was supposed to occur.

We made a 30 minute flight over the Jungfrau region. The contact with the team was very good and the flight itself was fantastic because of course of the views but also the info we got from the pilot. A flight we will never forget!!

We were extremely pleased with our experience. One of our group has issues with motion sickness and the pilot was so sensitive to this and made sure throughout the flight that he was comfortable. The pilot pointed out many places of interest and was able to answer all of our questions. From the booking, to the check-in, to the take-off and the landing, everything was perfection. The only challenge was getting there. We did not have a car so we took the bus to the closest stop and then it is a bit of an uphill hike which was hard on an elderly member of our group. But on leaving one of the staff kindly drove us down to the train station which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this experience.

One of the most exciting experiences of my life. We were in Switzerland for my wife’s birthday and I wanted to do something special, this flight was breathtaking. The pilot was friendly professional and knowledgeable, he made it the perfect trip.
Definitely got to see better views than we have at home in Texas.

The flight was good. However due to the fact that the helicopter was also used for work, we had to board in a quite awkward place with limited vehicle access, which put us in a delicate as we had potential customers travelling with us
