Ordered Chair Two in september. Got all confirmations. They even promised to change to other color when I requested by email. Now after 60 days of waiting, I have still not received the package. Tracking (from Vietnam) shows "recipient rejection" but, no courier has visited or contacted me.
Now they have "promised" to refund me but, I'm not gonna hold my breath.
That's a scam company.
I'm wondering if this is even a legitimite site. I ordered a Chair Zero, which was over £100, and although my payment went through straight away, I received no information about dispatch or shipping. 5 days later, and 3 emails from me later, I'm informed that the product is out of stock and informed I will be refunded the money. I have not had the money refunded yet and they are not responding to my emails regarding how long this refund will take. This is the worst customer service I've experienced for a very long time.
I placed an order for one of their well reviewed chairs on 6/21. All I received was a confirmation of payment. No further email communication regarding a timeline for shipping. Not sure this is a trustworthy website. No response from my email to them today. I really need this chair for upcoming event in early July and am a bit nervous about the transaction at this point. Especially since coming here and seeing some similar experiences from buyers.
Possible scam and terrible customer service. On the 29 of May I asked if I could cancel my order, to which they responded some hours later saying it was not possible because the order has been dispatched. Today, 17 days later, still no news from my "dispatched" order. I have sent several emails to which they have not answered... interesting because to the one asking if I could cancel the order, they responded almost immediately.
I had purchased a couple of Ground Chairs locally in Norway, and after a few years one of the end caps that kept the construction together had come out and was missing, making the chair unusable. I contacted them via email, and within a couple of weeks I had received three new end caps for free. Happy customer!
I am writing to provide feedback. I purchased five chairs for €65 two weeks ago. Last week, I received an email stating that only three were available and that I would be refunded two chairs. I requested a discount to purchase the same chairs in a different colour at the original price and was offered 20%. This would still make the chair 30% more expensive than I originally paid.
package didn't arrive, customer service is unresponsive. Also they do not post negative reviews on products, shady as hell.
I have one bent pole on a chair. They are trying to sell me a complete frame for a different chair. When I told them I was unwilling to do that, all goes quite. A good chair at a premium price, with a very poor customer service.

Slow shipping. I am waiting 3 days now and shipping has not even started. Was intended as a birthday present but will not arrive in time. I can only reccomend to buy via Amazon or other retailers.
Ordered two cots for myself and my son , delivery takes a long time 11 days for me but they do state 10 says on Thier site so not much over what they state.
Unfortunately only 1 cot turned up however the customer service team was brilliant in resolving this and although the colour I originally ordered was out of stock they offered an alternative and it's on its way.
Overall happy but 4 stars due to the missing item
If you are ordering specific items great. They deliver well packaged and it arrives in time. The website however gets confusing.. for eg. I ordered the ground sheet for Chair Zero and thought it would fit the Chair Zero High back. Maybe they need to redesign the website to guide customers better. They don't offer any free exchange which I find annoying. Now I have to pay additional international postage with tracking just to return this item?.. that really sucks. Free shipping for purchases over 199 Euros is an overkill!
