There was a problem with the order, and the customer service team went above and beyond to rectify it, even at an additional cost to the company, which was excellent. Everything from responsiveness to proposed solutions was top-notch.

The first item had a flaw that caused range issues. Their support was responsive and RMA'ed the product only to send me one that is completely broken. 1k down the drain. Find another vender even if its out of country.

First order got delivered to an address 10 miles away from me. 2nd order delayed by 3 weeks, 3rd order delayed by 4 weeks and counting. When ordering DePin devices it's about getting your device as quickly as possible, delays and excuses by helium deploy have already cost me money and extended the ROI on specific devices. I would certainly look else where before buying from them, use as last resort.

I placed an order and then decided to purchase a different product a week later. Helium Deploy promptly and without any problems refunded the amount and canceled the order. Now that's what I call customer-friendly.

Once bitten, twice shy. Please pay attention to their terms of sales regarding warranty, returns shipping etc. Just purchased a very expensive miner, only for it to arrive damaged. No problem, I'll contact the original seller to arrange a RMA etc. No comms to my request. On further investigation, they take absolutely no responsibility for anything other than sales. My personal take is buy from elsewhere, with a company that actually provides aftersales support. In hindsight I should have read what these terms were, but in UK law the original seller is responsible for warranty, but as this was a USA import then it's debatable. However the OEM supplier has been proactive, but not yet given me any idea how this issue will be resolved.

absolutely dubious company. My bought hotspot has been offline for 7 months. You are ignored on Discord, mail and any other way. There is no response to emails. 6,000 EUR down the drain.

even after this very negative experience, i gave it another chance in 2025. and again i was disappointed. i bought the device and there was a delivery date on the item. now the delivery date is here, nothing is here. when i asked, i was told that they don't have the goods and it will take another month. the information doesn't even come by itself. so they are selling goods that they don't have themselves.

Ordering was easy and quick. Item arrived in reasonable time. I was great to have a one on one video call discussing the product (weatherxm) and setup. Brokerage fees were on the high side, Helium Deploy should look at minimizing these high fees that go to shipping companies like UPS.
