Very happy with my thesis' that I ordered from Helix Binders. They did a great job. The books look very professional and I am very happy with my purchase. The books came well wrapped and nicely packaged.

Fantastic personal service. I ordered an initial soft bound copy of my thesis to prepare for the viva, and then afterwards a small number of hardback copies for the final version. I had a slightly non-standard request which was accommodated each time with no problem. I am very glad I got the softbound copy as it made preparation a much better experience than it had been looking through my earlier drafts on screen or printed at uni. That said, the hardback option is well worth the extra cost - I am very pleased with the results.

I placed my order on a Bank Holiday Monday. It wasn't urgently required so I didn't use the express service. I was surprised to hear from the printer the same day asking for a better logo. Even more surprised to actually receive the finished product on the Wednesday. Impressive service, and the finished product was very professional. As someone who worked in publishing for a decade, I can be quite fussy, but this exceeded expectations, in both finish and turnaround time.

My experience with Helix Binders was horrible. I tried to order a binded thesis and sent an email as I had a few questions regarding their service. I only received a short response that did not answer my questions and after three follow-up emails I gave up and ordered my thesis somewhere else. If you are in a hurry and want to receive an answer from them, you better look for an alternative. I cannot recommend them.
