A very quick, efficient service.

After being let down by another company, I discovered Hellfire Gaming. They were probably the only company in the UK with the item I desired putting them in a very strong position.
From ordering to letter box took just three days, and it was at the best price anywhere to be found.

To order online seems such an easy process, but some companies find that a difficult task. Not at Hellfire Gaming - these people excel!

I've now shopped with Hellfiregaming for a few months, and it has led to me deciding to always check if they have what i need before anyone else.
I find the prices are low, and the service is high.
I live in Denmark, and i might surprise people when i say this because it seems rather unlikely, but i receive products from HGI as fast as, if not faster than their Danish counterparts.
Finally. The service has been splendid, i've sent them a line or two per mail about their service being great, and before that, some questions as to availability of different products, and i even experienced having the option to "reserve" some products for a few days so i was sure i could get my hands on them.
TLDR. HGI has been kind and accepting to query's, easy to order from, on the cheap end of the scale, and has so far not failed to deliver produce on the next work-date following my order.
The only slight i can think off, on the top of my head, is that they mostly seem to have 1 of everything on hand, but the online store is very forthcoming with that information, so you never end up ordering something they don't have, or at least i haven't yet after 4 (5?) rather large purchases.
6/5 - Very satisfied costumer.

Hellfire Gaming Industries have been a delight to do business with. The site is easy to find your way around and if they haven't got what you are looking for one telephone call leads to well knowledgeable staff who will tell you if they can find it for you.
In the past I have used other companies to buy my miniatures, games and paints and until now I have just felt like yet another woman buying for her son (which I am not, I buy for myself). Now, with Hellfire I feel like an individual customer who can enjoy her hobbies to full. Will be telling everyone I know about this company and will be buying lots more goodies from them. The prices are fair and delivery is excellent.

The only thing that would make this company any better would be a proper shop where everyone could get together to buy and play.

Bought several things from this guy now, and wouldn't want to go anywhere else! He can get most things in, I've had everything I've asked for so far, really friendly and great service, a must for any gamer and a credit to the gaming community!

fun and friendly and always fair with there prices and when av bought something its been shipped out to me pretty much the same day and whenever av had a problem and phoned up they have been sharp to help and get the problem sorted as well as being more than happy to give advice and tips on all gaming matters from miniatures to card games would recommend them to everyone a know.

Have bought a few items from this site now. Always arrive quickly and well packaged. The guy at the end of the phone knows he's stuff and offers good advice and everything is discounted.

Hellfire Gaming Industries is awesome, covered in awesome sauce, with an extra helping of awesomeness on the side.
After several months of orders I have never failed to be impressed by the service.

For my last purchase I phoned them up and asked if they could get me a copy of Mistborn Adventures ( something not even hinted at on the webstore) and was told it'd be looked into for me.
Less than 24hrs later and I received an email telling me that not only was it possible but it had already arrived and was ready for dispatch!
Now obviously I don't expect that to happen every time but it shows the dedication to service given.

I cannot rate Hellfire Gaming Industries high enough. Keep up the good work!

i stumbled across hellfire gaming while searching for starwars minatures. great communication and helpful advice. i have even started playing card based games again. would def recommend this company to anyone. this is how a games site should be run. will be purchasing another order soon thanks

always a friendly guy when speaking and a good idea on all his stock and always willing to offer advice when able and never let's you down when ordering bit's will let you know if an item id delayed due to push backs on pre-order item's and will usually order in if he doesn't have a standing stock

Since finding out about Hellfire Gaming Industries it has quickly become my favourite place to get my miniatures from. If there's any figures I'm after that they don't have they can usually order them in. Great prices and great service always.

Very competitive prices on all products and never seems not to have stock which is great as I've had troubles in the past with other companies where having to wait then mess about re ordering! Extremely helpful with all queries I had, endless help and advice!
