Chris and Adam fitted our new boiler on 20:11:24. This was the first time I had met them and have no personal or familial connection.

Last month, we ordered a new boiler through BOXT which Chris and Adam from Hello Heating fitted. I cannot highly recommend this firm enough, reliable, professional, friendly and efficient are just some of the qualities of this firm. Absolutely amazing service, from the very first bit of communication with Chris to them completing and leaving the job. They carried out the fitting to a very high standard and we could not be more happy, Chris spent time to explain in detail exactly what work was carried out and went through all the settings of the boiler with us, we will most definitely be using Hello Heating going forwards for all annual services.

Rob fitted our Boxt boiler yesterday. He was punctual and wasted no time in removing our old boiler. He was very professional but friendly and polite. Rob explained the settings of the boiler, thermostat and the Nest App. His pipework was so neat and tidy and he left everywhere spotless. The old boiler and all packing/rubbish was removed from the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and his company.

I ordered a Boiler through Boxt and it was fitted by Rob of Hello Heating. Everything was done in an efficient and professional manner. In fact, I was surprised at the speed with which it all happened!
