Awful! I purchased boots and although they said leather is was in fact some toxic smelling plastic material. The sizes were also off as my size 9 was more like a size 10 and way too big. I emailed them and managed to get them to agree to me having a refund but only if I paid for the cost of shipping the boots back. I did so and have had no response on the status of my refund and it has been over a month

Purchased a bag, the gray looking one, definitely not as dimensional looking, and I could have sewn it myself. Cheap quality.

I would give zero but it wouldn’t allow it. This sight is a scam. The product they advertise is nothing like what you end up receiving. Quality is poor, shipping is delayed and customer service is worthless. Upon receiving an item I discovered it to be a cheap cloth bag, nothing like shown on website. When I contacted customer service I was told no refunds are given and that was that.
Beware of dealing with this company you will be totally disappointed and stuck with the purchase despite their 30 claim of making you happy.

I've ordered from this site and found them very helpful with a good selection of products. Mine arrived in about 2 weeks, so that was a surprise and they fit perfectly.

Ordered the steampunk tote bags. They are nothing but cheap grocery bags very disappointed so glad I did not purchase anything else

Fairly nice as I like streamline but I got two of the same bags when I ordered two different ones. No way to reach them as you don't get and invoice with the shipment and no way to reach customer service!!

Ordered "leather" tote bag. The main webpage with product photos and titles state "leather bag". It is NOT leather, but is instead a very cheap plastic. Also, it was shipped in a plastic bag, causing it to be crushed and misshapen on one side. It you go back into the webpage, and look at the details on another page, it calls it a pseudo-type leather (still calling the bag leather). Wrote an email to the company. Never heard back.Buyer beware!

This a follow up on my previous review:

Last week I received an email from someone in the company who saw my review. He said he wanted to make things right and that I should send a picture of the problem to the customer service email and they would replace the leggings. I did this and a few days later I got a reply from the company saying, basically, that the best they could do was 20% a re-order! What a crock.
This is absolutely infuriating. All I want is to return them for a refund. I do not even want another pair! No returns, only 20% off for the same crappy leggings,

i have just received the first pair of armour leggings and they are just appalling !!The quality is so bad that i am shocked and i have tried to cancel the rest of my large order and get a refund as they are worse than rubbish!!so be warned!!!!

I ordered leggings for a stage production and after 35 days the order still hadn't arrived. Their customer service is terrible and they refuse to refund for items not received. Even though their tracking number shows the package has been lost after leaving China.

I ordered steam punk leggings. I know what I ordered on their website. The confirmation email talked about steam punk leggings & the picture in the email you couldn't tell what the leggings were it was so small -SNEAKY. I was mailed a pair of leggings different from what I ordered. Total rip off company!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM😡

Never received goods, when asked for refund, explained it is not possible! Only to re-ship! Now, if the boots arrive within next 90 days will be a Great summer gift for my wife, instead of a swimsuit!

Ordered a product and never received it. I've been waiting for a reply for 3 weeks. Stay away from this site.

They are selling cheap stuff from china for more than 4x the price than you can get elsewhere.

The clothes I ordered were different from the picture, of bad quality and the size incorrect.

The customer service was unhelpful.
