Hello Neighbour went above and beyond my expectations regarding renting out my London property!
They are not only super transparent on their fees - so there are no complicated calculations to make but they also helped me with electrical and gas certificates, finding cleaners etc... every time I had a question they had a solution. Super helpful and super friendly!

I’ve been a landlord for a while, used the services of different letting agents. Whilst my experience has overall not been too bad, Josh from Hello Neighbour excels at his job. He understands issues, is always prompt and deals with them professionally. In short Josh “gets it in one” . I can highly recommend Josh as a great example of a good letting agent.

This was my first time using an estate agent that isn’t brick and mortar.
Javier explained the processes and kept me updated. This included letting me know if I need to do something or if I needed to contact my future tenant for something.
When Javier was out of office, his colleague promptly dealt with any queries that I had.
The whole process was very smooth and removed most of the pain associated with setting up a new tenant.

Hello Neighbour are absolutely incredible. I am a new landlord and have had negative experiences with traditional estate agents to find rentals in the past, not to mention the significant costs of their commission c.6-15% of the rent per month. I was therefore keen to avoid using them to find tenants for my flat. However, I felt pretty apprehensive getting my flat ready to rent and then finding tenants.
Hello Neighbour made it exceptionally easy, and are unbelievably good value. They charge a one-off flat fee taken from the first months rent once they have found you suitable tenants.
Victoria Berry was fantastic, she provided advice on fair rental expectations, getting appropriate certification and even arranged electrical safety checks and subsequent remediation work.
Our property had cladding remediation in progress and I wanted to be as transparent as possible to potential renters that this would effect their use of the balcony in the short-term. From experience of renting previously, I have found estate agents to be exceptionally avoidant of transparency about potentially negative elements of a property. To my surprise, Victoria was fully-supportive of being open and honest about this in advertising our property to ensure that everyone viewing it was appropriately informed before making an appointment.
Within two weeks of advertising we had selected new tenants from a range of viewers and following a very short period of credit checking and affordability documentation we had a signed contract.
Our tenants are very happy with the pricing of the property, and we are exceptionally happy with the service Hello Neighbour provided. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
