Ordered a pre-order

Ordered a pre-order, didn’t get the shipment. Submitted two response was slow. It took a month response to me.
Beware ordering pre-orders. The company doesn’t have a good customer service. I felt like the company didn’t care about the customer. At the end, I felt like the company blamed me asking a chargeback.

This place hosts fan events but…

This place hosts fan events but they don’t care about fans rather, the profit they’re making from them. They can only be contacted via email and their responses are usually rude. They sell out of stock quickly and feed into that scarcity marketing to make people hurry up and buy.., there’s no customer service number so you have to waste time going to the store only to find that everything you want is sold out. They have greedy and unfair refund, return, and trade policies which sucks because their website glitches and hiccups on its own causing orders to not always go through properly, AND WORST of all, their fan sign events are hosted like raffles (I don’t know what legal loophole they found to do this) but the same fans win every single time because they give it to whoever buys the most cds, again like an illegal raffle. I hate that this is the business that holds fan events in my area because I love to meet with other fans. I just don’t want to have to support this business to do so. I don’t want them to have anymore of my hard earned money.

NEVER ORDER HERE

they keep delaying albums and they hate europe. REFRAIN FROM ORDERING HERE!! THEY ONLY LIKE AMERICANS!! they cancel fan meetings and pop ups in europe and they make everything harder for us!!

Worst customer service i ever…

Worst customer service i ever experienced! They shipped a product to me more than 5 weeks after ordering without any prior Information (due to „operational circumstances“) which costs almost 10 EUR - I was on vacation during this time so I did not receive the package and it was returned to them. Customer service offered me a refund (deducting the shipping costs, which is already not great but ok) and I agreed. Afterwards they contacted me again saying they made a mistake and will not refund me due to the policy of the event and I have to pay the shipping costs again(!) which I‘m not willing to do. They refuse to ship it again without additional costs for me. This is really insane and not customer friendly - better stay away from them(:

They have not send my order I placed in…

They have not send my order I placed in September with NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY IT IS LATE AND NO REFUND

I placed an order in September 2024 and they said my order would ship in early October. I contacted when it did not and they said it was now Mid October with no further explanation. Again, I chased when I didnt receive any updates or news from them, then they said it was now early November that they would deliver. AGAIN, no explanation as to why.
I contacted them again and again until they basically stopped giving me an ETA of delivery. They still have not refunded me for the item. Their customer service is disgusting. They never contact you on their own if you do not chase them for it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NOT DELIVER AND NOT HELP OR REFUND WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT
